This property could be the most affordable and clean place you can find in Catania, especially when traveling with my mother. The entire reception and staff are extremely friendly and respectful. They are always ready to assist you with anything you need. The housekeeping team is excellent as well; while you're out during the day, they tidy up your room and make minimal adjustments to keep things in order. The breakfast is quite filling, though I think the charcuterie section could offer a wider variety of cold cuts (for those who don't eat pork). Other than that, the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The charcuterie section at breakfast could offer a wider variety of meats. Additionally, there were several floral-scented air fresheners placed in the room, and the overwhelming perfume scent became quite uncomfortable after a while. It started to be bothersome, and it took hours of ventilation before fresh air could finally enter and clear out the strong smell.

New building, the guy at the reception was very nice, the flat was spacious and well equipped. Parking right in front for 5€ per day. Jacuzzi/pool available, but we didn't use it. They offer breaktfast (Eggs, coffee, bread, cake, etc. Sufficient, I guess), but we didn't go, as we made our own breakfast upstairs. All in all a very nice stay and we'd recommend it :) Just consider that it's not right in the old town, so you def. need a car to get around

No sponge, no dish soap, no oil, no paper towels, so consider that you have to buy all that stuff. Should be included in my opinion. In the end we had to leave like 10 sponges, a whole bottle of oil, a whole bottle of soap and a few rolls of paper towels behind. Hopefully they keep them for the next guests, so they don't have the same issue

The staff was very attentive and helpful. They go the extra step to help their customers. The hotel had a calm and relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast was very good. The parking was very good. The neighborhood was very safe. The decor of Ollen is modern contemporary.

The grounds are well maintained. However the pool itself needed a little maintenance. The decking was a little loose. We had a Deluxe apartment. There was only one night table by our queen size bed.

Everything was simply perfect! The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile, special thanks to Eleonora and Giuseppe for the assistance. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the cozy bed and the quiet atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, every bite felt like a treat!

Beautiful space, clean, comfortable, and the staff was just the nicest and kindest! We had late flight and they let us store the luggage and also when we were back to take a shower and prepare for our flight.

The one thing is that it’s outside of the main action area of Catania, but we had a rental car and it was actually nice to be in a quieter place for night sleep..

very clean comfortable spacious rooms dining areas. Room was cleaned daily. Coffee machine,kettle, fridge with freezer and small induction hob & microwave in room. Staff were super helpful and provided taxi service to bus station and airport. Not easy to pick up a taxi in Catania.

ideal if you are driving. We did walk to places but have to walk on roads, negotiate main dual carriageways. But not nice walks! Lidl and other small supermarket within walking distance, good pizza, bakery and fish restaurant also within walking distance. if you want to visit Etna tour company won’t pick you up from Ollen, meet in the town for pick up. A chopping board and sharp knife in kitchen would have been useful.

Nice hotel with a private parking, perfect for the people, traveling by car. As the city center is loud and busy, the hotel location provides some calmness. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, one can walk to the city center (for around 50 min) but half a way does not have any pedestrian walkway. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The appointment was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, in the modern kitchen you will find almost everything you need

Great appartments hotel with excelent location and very clean and comfortable appatrment. great and profetional stuff especially Mariana that all the time was taking care about all of us always smily and kind. we got free room upgrade and we got the appartment earlier than expected which was very helpfull after morning flight. the outside hat tab was very nice and . pleasent and also the gym. looking forward to visit in your hotel again. thank you all

The room have good areas, is well decorated and comfortable. Kitchenette with all necessary utilities. We got a room with sea view. Possibility to park outside free of charge which is a plus in Italy! Sun beds available at the beach free of charge.

The bed is inside a closet, so when the bed is on the floor we don't have the bed headboard to lean against when reading or chilling. We had the "do not disturb card" hanged outside the door, but the cleaning staff entered the room to clean it twice. Location is a bit far from the city center, but if you have your own car it's not a problem. Pipe smell in the bathroom ocasionally.

This is a very nice apartment hotel, with super friendly staff. The location was ideal for us, as we had a car and preferred to stay a bit further away from the center of town.

Breakfast is fine, but can be improved. Fresh orange juice was available only on one day. Some items, such as croissants, would not always be replenished. In general, there can be more variant. But we did appreciate that we were asked if we wanted to have eggs.
