The accommodation is excellent, clean, comfortable, in a great location, two minutes from the metro, ten minutes on foot to the center. Parking is in the yard under your terrace. The owner is wonderful, caring, she is at your service for every question. The breakfast is excellent, both salty and sweet.

Bogussia is a lovely host. She tries very hard to please her guests. The kitchen is stucked with tea, coffee and water available for her guests all day long. The bathroom is also supplied with shampoos, shower gel, conditioner etc. Best of all the place is spotlessly clean. All in all great value for money.

The towels are worn, but this is a minor detail.

Location optimally connected by public transport both to the city center and the beach. Accessible by Metro and Public bus. The owner was kind and trying hard to accommodate us and make our stay pleasant, giving practical advice on things to do in the city. Cleaning daily.

Somewhat difficult to communicate with the owner who doesn't speak any English, so some extra effort and google translate come in handy. In the room(s) with a bathroom inside the water-boiler is rather noisy and it can be annoying, especially at night. The level of noise (old building, not ideal isolation) dependent on the other occupants of the venue at the same time.

Breakfast could be more diversified. On the other hand, I understand, that the number of hosting facilities offering breakfast is shrinking, and having Italian-style breakfast just in the facility is a great advantage. Air condition could be more effective, but it is not always possible, partcularly in warmest days

The host was very warm and friendly ( even though she doesn't speak any English and communication was quite limited ). She agreed to check me in quite late ( after hours )

Even though it did have a private bathroom but the bathroom was not inside the room ( only for my room, other rooms had bathroom inside. so ask your host which room you will get ) It was really hard to find a parking spot in the area

The apartment matches the description, the host is kind and welcoming, and she's happy to offer tips about local attractions. Breakfast is decent — sandwiches, fruit, tea/coffee. Great value for money.

The host really helped to me. My flight was late and I scered luttle bit. When I call the host she open the door and helped me. Thanks madam for this... Really clean room, kitchen and badroom. Everyvere smells good.

I paid 14 € for city tax. I thing this tax is in hotel price.

It was just as in the description - small, clean and cozy, perfect for just sleep and breakfast. Big bathroom with bidet. Breakfast with homemade cakes and sweets was awesome. The hosts were very welcoming and trying to help with everything they could. They found a charger for my phone. Boiled some eggs for me. A big map in the dining room combined with some cooperation from the hosts helped organize my trips to areas of interest.

The neighborhood is only 20 minutes by foot from the centrum, but is a dirty and noisy place with old and rotten buildings. Not a pleasant place to pass through. Communication with the main host was very difficult. When you accept international guests you should be able to communicate in an international language. Italian is only good for italians. We spent too much time trying to explain to each other basic things.

The place resembled B&B. It has a parking space which was a decisive factor for us. The beds are comfortable and it is fairly close to the city centre by walking. Rooms have a common balcony overlooking the parking lot.

The host did not speak English but we were able to communicate without any issues. The bathroom was very small. But totally ok for a couple of nights stay.

Spotless, quite, safe, nice and friendly and very helpful host Bogosia! Fresh crosissants and cakes for breakfast, and delicious coffee prepared by the owner herself!
