We stayed in these apartments for 5 nights, and overall, it was a great experience. Firstly, the location was excellent — right in the city center yet in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which ensured a calm atmosphere. Secondly, the apartments were clean and spacious, providing plenty of room for a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the easy communication with the administration. They were very responsive and gave excellent recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for cooking, which was a big plus. As for the downsides, the kitchen lacked essentials like salt and trash bags, which would have been helpful. Additionally, during the winter, it was challenging to heat the bedroom adequately with the air conditioning. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend these apartments for their great location and overall comfort! 🏠

Clean and comfortable apartment, around 15-20 min walk to the city center. Had a supermarket nearby as well. The apartment is equipped with basic utensils and washing machine (though we didn’t cook or used the machine). Had to ask for an iron and fresh towels, which were provided promptly.

There’s only one mirror, which is in the bathroom. It’d be great to have a second one somewhere in the apartment. Although we didn’t have any issues using the spiral stairs, they might not be suitable if you have kids or mobility issues as the steps are very narrow!

The location. In the main city. It's a great place to base yourself. The facilities were brilliant, everything we needed. Great view of Mount Etna to the side from the balcony. It was clean and a bonus was the washing machine.

Teeny tiny lift: The property is on the third floor, which is great for views, but not great if you don't like lifts 🤣, but that did not stop us from having a fantastic time, and you can get in your steps 🤣.

Our visit was during some of the hottest days of summer, but the airconditioning ( in bedrooms and living area) was a welcome oasis to return to. Clean lines, modern, and crisp white sheets made it a very comfortable stay. The hosts were easily contacted and gave great advice and ideas. They helped in the practical manner of sending us numbers for the taxi ( you don’t hail them in Italy) and how to navigate the local buses and trains. A terrific stay.

I don’t think there was anything to complain about.

we enjoyed our short stay at the residence, we had everything we needed during our stay, and got good rest at the apartment after long full days of exploring Catania and other spots. there are a lot of restaurants nearby for good dinner and also a beautiful big park (like 10mins away). The subway station is approximately 10-15min walk.

- no coffee machine, only camping stove for coffee - in our apartment was a washing machine included, but no drying rack (maybe we shouldve asked for it :))

We arrived a bit earlier and it was possible to check in and get to our room. The staff were super friendly and helpfull. The appartment was clean and you could find everything you need, even a washing machine and an ironer. The airconditioner worked perfectly and even though there are a few rooms, we were not disturbed by the noise of the neighbours.A very pleasent stay. Would 100% recommend.

The room was great. It had microwave, TV’s and cool lamps. It had second floor. The bathroom was clean and good. The TV’s have many channels and it’s only for hotels Sky edition (Italian TV operator) operated. Cool room with air conditioner. The staff was good. They told us everything about the room and other things. They scanned our documents and send you everything by email. Even it had transport from the Airport! Easy and comfortable.

The small room. It could be bigger. Also the elevator. Only two of us could get in.

The apartment (loft) is cozy and modern. At first, we were slightly surprised how small it is, but gradually we have grown accustomed to it and actually felt in love with it :) You will have everything you need and for a couple it's just okay. The city center is just 10 min away, parking spots are available near the building.

The location is a bit far from the beach, but that's just how Catania is. I recommend using Moovit app to find near bus stops and connection lines (you will always have to use two lines to get to the beach).

The flat was great. It had all the necessary amenities one would need. It was spacious, arranged with taste and very clean, too. The location on a positive note since it was in a walking distance to many major sites and transportation stations. The property managers were very helpful, communicative and informative.
