Location was perfect. Rooms were good in size, beds were very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Special thanks to Micol and Paulo at the reception for being so nice and friendly to us. In general, this hotel is in line with expectations for a 4 star hotel.

Area for improvement: The breakfast was expensive for what you get. We liked to order fried eggs but were asked to pay extra 6 euro on the top of the breakfast price. This is not really customer friendly. Also the employees working at the breakfast do not speak English and did not seem friendly to us (except for one jong gentlemen working there who could speak English and was very friendly).

Close to centre, it was just right for me and my friend. The bar man every evening — I think he is called Pino was very friendly! the Breakfast supervisor/manager? (we don’t know his name) but his service is great! He even made our cappuccino as he remembered it the first day we went. He did it without asking!

Lift a little bit slow, the superior “panaromic” view we booked is not what we expected. I guess this is just culture difference? we assumed every corner of the room will have a view since it’s panaromic.

This location is excellent! Near the bus stop, airport bus, a place not far from the main shopping street and the Area which has many restaurants and bars. The room was clean and comfortable—a cosy style room suitable for a short trip. The Beth room is more significant than I EXPECT. We loved the equipment in the gym. It was brilliant!

A strong intensity Fragrance soaked the lobby… horrible.

This should be rated 5 stars not 4! Extremely clean hotel which smells so wonderful! Very spacious room with walk in closet and a separate sitting area facing Etna volcano. Very friendly knowledgeable staff. Amazing location. We got immediately upgraded to junior sweet (room 721) even without asking!

The breakfast is adequate and provides a good selection. I would’ve liked of they had live omelette station. But overall excellent.

Reception staff are really exceptional. Efficient, friendly and engaging. We stayed for two nights, 4 days apart. Two different reception teams, both with the same approach. If only the other hotels on this trip had had the same standards. Rooms are comfortable and spotless. We got two excellent nights' sleep. Excellent wifi. Hotel is in a great location, on Piazza Trento. The airport bus stop is almost at the hotel door, just mention to the driver where you want to get off. The bus runs on a loop, back to the airport, so same stop for the return. Bus to station too from the piazza. A short walk to Via Etnea. We had a delicious meal at Il Pozzo, close by. Bar Trento diagonally across the piazza is very good for pastries and coffee. We will definitely be back and have no hesitation recommending NH.

The rooms are modern and very well set up (we stayed in two different rooms at the start and end of our trip) and the staff could not be more helpful. Good breakfast and bar.

Location is not as convenient for the historic centre as we thought so be prepared to use taxis if you dont want a 20-30 minute walk through a not very attractive end of town.

The rooms were very clean and well equipped. Micola at the front desk and all her colleagues were extremely helpful and kind. They tried their best to make our stay easy and comfortable. They always greeted us with a warm smile and attended to all our requests happily.

Location was a bit far from the walking area.

Small compacted room, bathroom without napkins, air conditioner not working properly We are regular guests. Unfortunately this time, we were given a bad room and could not be change it because hotel was fully booked. Room Air conditioner was not working properly and we suffocated in the room.

The staff at the reception was very nice and helpful. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfy. Everything looked new and clean. Also the room was very quiet despite the fact that the hotel is located in the city center on a quite busy road. We had a wonderful time during our stay there.

Staff were fabulous. We had an issue with the air conditioning in our room (it wasn’t functioning). And they moved us to another, bigger room immediately. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast also great—tons of choices and regularly refreshed. Two coffee machines! Centrally located.

Fitness center is very small-in a converted room. Just a bike, treadmill, and weights. You must book a time slot in advance to use. Also, parking spaces only for 7 cars which you can’t reserve. There is a private garage two streets over (very friendly staff on site) but 18 euros a day and closed on Sundays between 12:30 and 18:00 so you can’t put your car in or take it out then. Street parking at your own risk……and it’s a risk!
