Loved my apartment in this building. It was big, bright and clean and the building itself is stunning. The staff (Francesco!) were helpful, remotely letting me into the building very late at night, and allowing me to store my bags after check out also. The neighbourhood was nice to walk around and have coffee and cornetto in the morning. Parking nearby was also easy. Excellent value for money.

No complaints ! Note it is a small apartment in the building that you are renting, there is no hotel style reception desk. This was not a problem for checking in / out and asking for help via WhatsApp.

We traveled as a couple and stayed in apartment for 4 nights, the location is great in a walking distance to all attractions. We were also able always to find parking spot on the streets next to the apartment. Apartment is big with private bathroom, there is shared space (kitchen/living room) but we did not use it during our stay. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

As in some other comments it is pretty noisy due to the location of the apartment. All the noises from the street are well heard in the apartment and it is noisy in the night (cars, scooters and people)

Very hard to fine; luckily we booked a driver via the owner who we never met. Once inside the building it was not clear where entrance to flat was. Lift was dated and small.

3 nights in the room 'Aria'. Very impressed with the decor of this spacious suite, and it felt very private. Check in was easy, and the host was very accommodating, even though I didn't meet them in person. Even though there is nobody actually there on reception, the host always responded quickly to my questions and requests. It seems to be quite common in Sicily to have a B&B without somebody there on site, and even though it felt unusual at first it actually works very well. The shared kitchen area is practical and functional, but I would have preferred a coffee maker in my room as I always had the feeling I was disturbing the other guests when using the kitchen to make coffee ( the walls are quite thin and the coffee machine quite loud ;) ) Some of the furniture is a little worn and tired, but I loved the design and having so much space for such a reasonable price The location is good, but the apartment is on a main road and being on the 1st floor it is pretty loud. If you are a light sleeper this might be an issue but it didn't bother me too much. I think next time I would want to stay a little closer to the old town, but that's not to say the location isn't good. Via Etnea, the main shopping street, is very close by.

Good location - with good pastry and good arancini place next to it. Friendly staff, they help you whenever in need, which is great. Big bed.

The toilet looked like it was not cleaned, a bit moles shower in the corners. AC was not working properly. It was on 16 degrees and it felt like it was barely on. We did not complain to the staff, maybe it would have been fixed.

We very much enjoyed our room at this lovely accomodation. The location is on a main shopping street with several restaurants around it. The main square with many of Catania‘s sights is also only 15-20 minutes on foot. We stayed in the „Aire“ room which is very spacious - it almost felt like a stylish mini appartment to us! The high ceilings were impressive! The kitchen area is shared and equipped with a microwave and an espresso machine - it produces a very tasty espresso! Last but not least, communication with the host, albeit fully digital, was effortless and swift!

Only one challenge: If you are a light sleeper keep and stay here during the week you will have noise from the busy road below if your room is facing the street, especially between 7:30-9 AM. During the morning hours on a Friday the street noise of cars going by was clearly audible even with fully shut windows/blinds. It‘s an old house (which certailnly is part of the charm!!) and the windows will only block it partially which is the only reason I give it a 4/5. Air condition in the room will allow you to keep windows closed and it‘s more quiet on the weekends - would still book it again!

Location was excellent, easy to access. Central, clean and totally fit for purpose.

Shower head was broken. Minor point as all was well other than that.

Everything was great! The room was beautiful, everything was very clean. Beautiful decor. A very comfortable bed. A comfortable and modern bathroom. Great kitchen and common area. Great location, close to the main street and a beautiful park. Lots of lovely cafes and restaurants in the area. Very nice and helpful owners. If I'm ever in Catania again, it's definitely in this apartment. I recommend!

Everything was great.

The interior style of the room was beautiful. All areas were spacious, particularly the bathroom. The balcony outside had beautiful view of the street as well as a church. Additionally, the entrance hall of the building is magnificent.

this property was amazing. it was like staying in your own little apartment in such a great area. it was a 10 minute walk to the bus/ train station and a 10 minute walk the other way to the busy area! would 100% stay here again and the hosts were so responsible and helpful. they’re too kind.
