Lovely hotel, very comfortable and clean. Good sized balcony and enjoyable stay. Easy access to central Catania and places of interest.

Hotel bar was very rarely tended/open. Area outside and surrounding roads felt a bit unwelcoming as a solo female traveller.

Prior to my arrival, I called the front desk to request a quick service for airport transportation to the hotel. The staff was prompt and ensured the driver picked me up at a favorable time with frequent communication. When I arrived, the staff member, a gentleman, was very friendly and welcoming and provided me with a map of places to go and things to see in the city. He was very personable and accommodating. My room was well maintained with complimentary drinks. I really admired the beautiful interior design and the overall aesthetics. It was a great experience! The breakfast offered was also very good as well. I would highly recommend this location to others!

The only issue I had was the the WIFI connection was weaker in the exterior dining location where I had breakfast in the morning. Otherwise, great overall.

Room was great and very spacious. Breakfast was good but it was basically a continental but you could have scrambled eggs. The food choices were great. The restaurant was next level with a renown chef , the food was amazing. we Later found out he had his own restaurant just around the corner. WE managed to try this the next night as the Hotel restaurant was closed. It was Fantastic. The 2 meals would have been the 2 best we had in Sicily . The hotel was well appointed and in a great location handy to amenities

The room aircon didn't appear to be very efficient in what were very hot days 30-35Degrees.

The overall look and feel of the hotel sends you to the bourgeois period and it’s very nice to experience. If they would have had a bar there, i am sure more people would stay around during the evenings to enjoy. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed is fantastic to sleep on and the bathrooms were also nice!

COFFEE: For a 4 stars hotel, in Sicily, offering only Nescafe capsules and filter coffee is really outrageous. Even the little coffee spots on the road had better coffee than here. FOOD: okish, but of low standards for a 4 stars hotel. More at level with a 2-3 stars maximum. TERRACE: They have a superb terrace to enjoy, however they don’t have a bar to order anything. That’s a weird choice :)

The location was good with easy access to the bus stop to get to and from the airport. It was a short walk to the centre of town. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts had a good selection of food and in the evening there was a bar and restaurant with good food on offer. There were plentiful sitting areas in the communal areas. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

I am not a great fan of Nespresso coffee and would have liked another option for a strong cup of coffee at breakfast. However, that is just my bias and my partner was perfectly happy with the coffee.

Although a little off the beaten track (which had its advantages) the hotel was well situated for exploring the city. Local restaurants, a lovely gelato bar and the fascinating market were all close by. The staff were welcoming from start to finish, the food and drink great and breakfasts first class with a wide selection of fresh Sicilian delights which varied every day. If we came back to Catania (this was our first ever visit to this part of Italy) this is where we would stay...

A more pleasant view would have been nice, but that's not enough to take away from the hotel, and the lack of view was compensated by the lovely courtyard which could be used even in November for breakfast or an evening nightcap...

The hotel is centrally located and yet is nice and quiet. It has a lovely old world feel with an appealing outdoor courtyard and a good restaurant which is well rated on google maps. The staff were always helpful and the rooms were large and scrupulously clean. It was very comfortable staying there.

I wish the hotel still had kettles with tea and coffee in the rooms. They withdrew this facility in the face of Covid, but I got a cold on the plane and would dearly have liked to have the ability to make myself a hot honey and lemon. I suppose I could have asked room service, but still...

Breakfast was good.Room was cozy and clean.Bed was comfortable.Room service was good and they were filling the needed stuff for minibar daily.(Water 1 sparkling , 1 still and 2 sodas.Hotel location was good cause it was close to the center of catania (10-15 mins by walk).Lastly If you are not coming so late in the evening, they can take your car for parking with the cost of 15 Euros per night.(This was very important cause parking situation is crazy in Catania)

Walls are thin so we could hear almost every noise coming from the corridor.Need better soundproofing.

Breakfast was excellent. The breakfast room overlooks an internal garden which in itself gives you a pleasant start to the day. The staff were all very accommodating. We had peace of mind as we could park the car in their garage. Albeit the garage is quite small, they also have valet service for the car.

The only thing we did not like was that the rooms are not really sound proof. So by 6.30am we were woken up by people leaving their rooms, banging the doors and wheeling their suitcases in the corridor.

The hotel is beautifully designed inside — elegant and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a kettle provided, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was large and very convenient — everything was clean and well maintained. I truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly come back!
