Great room near the center of Catania. Clean, comfortable and good for the value.

Our room was looking on the inside of the building where the terrace is looking face to face with one of the other rooms. We stayed for 2 nights so it was not a big issue for us, but for a longer stay I recommend the rooms with city view. Also I saw a big stain on the blanket.

Really enjoyed our stay in Catania, the accommodation is close to the central station so it makes easy to have acces to spend your day in different areas (such as Taormina, Mount Etna, Sircuza). Also is not too far from the center, we had a nice walk towards historical center. I really appreciated we got water every day from the house, this is something I've never seen before. The breakfast was really really nice and delicious, we totally enjoyed it - best breakfast in Italy so far. Also, the restaurants nearby were amazing with better prices than in the center. We tried 5 different ones and never failed. Amazing swordfish, you should try it. Also the room was very clean, the host very nice. Such a good holiday!

This really is a luxury B&B. Such attention to detail and oh so comfortable. From the minute we arrived, we knew it was a great place to stay. Alfie helped us with our luggage as it is up a good flight of stairs. He offered us a coffee or tea, and their were 2 complimentary bottles of water in our room. They have lots of herbal tea bags and a wonderful expresso machine in the breakfast area Our bedroom had a nice desk area with several chairs. The bed was very comfortable and a nice height. The bathroom had great tile work as well as matching wood accessories. Towels were fluffy, too. Even a nice balcony with a small table and chairs. The AC worked great for sleeping. Breakfast was a wonderful fresh pastry, fruit juices, coffee (I had cappuccino and it was delucious), or tea. Alfie carried it to our room on a tray. When I took back the empties, he even offered me a second coffee, tea, or croissant. There was even daily housekeeping. You don't see that anymore. In addition, he called a taxi for us at our request for the last day. He even was up early to make sure we got our roll and cappuccino. Great location, close to public transport. Grocery store and restaurants near by. You can't go wrong here.

Room and bathroom are very spacious and super clean which we love it ! The host is very kind as like most italian. she helped us before we arrived with very simple picture how to open the door and pick up the key. You can have the breakfast some further distance by a cafe with most wonderful cofee in the world :) and italian breakfast like cornetto and some cookies. we liked that. There is a cabinet by the reception where you can find everything you need or you forgot to take with you like shaving foam, razors,body spray, charger, pen... which is very very handy. my compliment for this innovation !

Parking is not free but not expensive and could be difficult to find a place.

This B&B is fantastic. It's in an excellent location, not far from the main train station and bus terminals. It's also very easy to get public transport to the airport. Alfio and Daniela were very helpful and communicated with us a few days before our arrival. Check-in was easy and explained to us in a way that made it hassle free. There are also a number of good restaurants near to this location. We had some issues with getting breakfast on the day of our flight (cafe was unexpectedly closed). Daniela was fantastic and arranged an alternative for us, even though it was 7 am on a Sunday! We would highly recommend this place.

The host Daniela welcomed us and explained everything we need to know about the room, keys, etc. The location was pretty good and it was really easy to park on the streets (something around €12 for 2-day parking). A pretty good place to go on foot (~16min walking) is Pasticceria Savia, which is famous for its arancini (stuffed rice balls). The room was really good and also pretty clean, as well as the bathroom!

The B&B provides a ticket for us to have a breakfast at a coffee shop nearby, but it was not really good.

Nicely renovated apartment with several ensuit rooms, all with a small balcony. I was traveling with my mom and we wanted separated rooms, here it was great as we were both on the same floor. The rooms (clean and comfortable, a little small though) facing the little square have a beautiful view to a fountain and the local life. The breakfast is in a cafe on the square, coffee and a croissant (Italian breakfast). The area is safe and we even managed to find a parking spot around the square on all 3 nights. The main street leading to the city center has some good clothing shops. The city center is about 20 min walk however.

You have to agree upfront the time of arrival as there is no classical reception (or an instruction with a keycode to enter) and the nice lady only comes over to let you in. She speaks a bit English so was able to give us some hints about restaurants and shopping. You meet her every morning then as she is cleaning the rooms.

The rooms are new and very clean. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom has a hairdryer, soap and shampoo. Very nice and attentive hosts. The hotel is close to all the attractions, the train station and the bus station.

There is no elevator, and the hotel is on the 2nd floor, you need to go up the stairs, and with a suitcase it is inconvenient. Also, you need to update the breakfast cards and indicate the name of the new cafe in them

we liked everything in the room - really good for money. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. We liked possibility to have coffee and tea any time of the day. short distance to bus station and train station saved our time and money when planned to travel other cities.

Unfortunately, last day we left early in the morning and caffe where breakfast is provided didn't open at 6.30 although we asked them the day before and they confirmed that they are opening at 6.30. we wait until 6.45 and have to leave. But OK - this is not so big problem as we could grab some delicious local bakery on the way to railway station.

Location worked well for us, easy to find, supermarket across the square. The shared kitchen worked well. Easy walk to old town, shopping street and bus terminal. Good shower, comfortable bed. Small balcony overlooking a square

Not much, coffee machine and microwave is in a shared location.. which is also used as a reception.. .. missed that bit when I booked. However, it worked OK...
