A lot of good things about this place: - very clean - pleasant atmosphere - new bathroom and furniture - room big and comfortable enough for our family of 4 (one of the 3 beds was separate, in a former closet, thus giving some privacy) - cozy kitchen, well equiped (including toaster, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, etc.) - a small garden with a cozy terrace - nice personnel (including Andrea, who was very helpful) - close to city center (15 minutes walk to Villa Bellini/ 25 minutes to Via Crociferi) and Metro station ITALIA (3-4 minutes walk) or ALIBUS bus station to airport - quiet and safe neighbourhood - italian breakfast offered for free is worth to mention (eggs, cheese, butter, panettone, milk, cereals, honey, etc.) and also coffee is very good. A plus was the gesture of Andrea to allow us to leave the luggage for some hours, in order to freely stroll around the city! GRAZIE MILLE, ANDREA!

Hard to complain about anything. Only a small suggestion: for guests arriving very late (as we did), 1 bottle of water in the room would be truly helpful...

The property boasts impeccable cleanliness and safety standards, ensuring a worry-free stay. Its convenient location offers easy accessibility, complemented by well-appointed furnishings, including a delightful kitchen and communal space. Additionally, there's a small garden provided for smokers' convenience. However, my experience was marred by the unfortunate assignment of room number 1, situated on the ground floor amidst the communal areas and garden. Throughout the night, fellow guests indulged in late-night wine sessions and jovial smoking in the garden, causing significant disturbance to my sleep. Furthermore, early morning conversations in the kitchen reverberated into the room, disrupting any chance of peaceful rest. While these disturbances may be isolated incidents, I strongly recommend packing earplugs for a more restful stay. Additionally, I found the room to be overly humid, necessitating constant ventilation through an open window for comfort. Despite these challenges, the property's cleanliness, safety, and amenities remain commendable.

The location is very convenient, it is close to city centre, shops and public transport. Andrea was very helpful and friendly, he's a super host! We had a really good experience here. Everything was good, the rooms were clean and big, the breakfast was really nice and Andrea was also really attentive and gave us some nice places to visit in near Catania. We highly recommend this place. We would rate the B&B as one of the nicest, best-located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. Thank you Andrea!

Even so, probably the best B&B that I stayed at in Sicily, as I was not just confined to my room and I was able to use the kitchen area too. The room was comfortable.

It has the same problem as all the places I stayed in - only minimalist remote communication with the hosts, so you never feel really welcome. The employee who looked after the place saw no need to say hello either.

The accommodation was cozy and situated in a pleasant neighborhood, just a 10-15 minute walk from the city center and main attractions. The host was very responsive, providing detailed information on check-in procedures, directions to the main attractions, and recommendations for good cafes and restaurants. Overall, this BnB is an excellent option for the price.

Comfortable and clean accommodation. The bathroom is modern. Breakfast is well supplied. This is a quiet part of the city and you will feel at ease here. Check in was easy and the room was ready ahead of time.

It's a bit away from the nightlife and eateries although it's not too far to walk and you could also take the metro from the nearby Italia station.

It was in a good place with bus stop to airport very close by. Staff (Andrea) were very helpful. The room was very quiet so I could sleep really well. They prepared a very nice video on the island attractions that is on the breakfast space. Very nice home made cakes even though I don’t have a sweet tooth.

Everything was above expectations. My boyfriend and I absolutely loved the place. The breakfast was also great, it was delicious and there were various kinds of food to pick from (+juices (different flavours), milk (cow and soya), coffee etc.)

The apartment was a great size for a couple!! There was also a great kitchen available. Breakfast was delicious and the host was very helpful throughout. We would definitely book this again.

The location can be a bit dark if coming at night but it was also a easy walk to the Europa station.

We were very pleased that Andrea answered to all of our questions about the place, transport and etc. Also the place is very quite and also close to the centre of Catania, bus stop and wonderful Cafès.Deffinitely would visit again.
