B&B Da Ri was a pleasant stay in the city of Catania. The hosts were amazing!! Ricardo is very kind and funny as well. He spoke English very well and told me about many places to eat and visit. He messaged me information and kept in touch with me from the time I made my reservation, until the day I left. Daniella (host) was so sweet, and she makes the most delicious cakes for breakfast. Ricardo provided a great map to show the location of all the sights. There were many restaurants nearby & lots of shopping; and the most amazing cafe on the corner with the most delicious food. He arranged for a day tour of Mt. Etna & also arranged transportation to the airport on the morning of my departure. The room at the B&B was large, clean, and comfortable. There are about 55 steps from the lower level to the B&B.

Maybe I was just spoiled by my 2-minute walk to the train station at the previous B&B I stayed at in a different town, but it is about a 15-minute walk to the train station.

The location of the B&B is perfect: everything is accessible by foot. As well as bus stop to airport, Taormina, etc. The owner is super friendly and hospitable. My flight was delivered for 3 hours, and I arrived late at night, he was waiting for me. Also Riccardo gave good advices for trattorias, places to visit. Rooms of B&B are very spacious, fully equipped. Breakfast in the nearby cafe is included, on Sundays breakfast was in B&B. It was a pleasure to stay there. Once I come back to Sicily for sure will be back to this B&B.

Not that I didn’t like, but to know there is no elevator. But I managed with my big suitcase.

Everything. It was comfortable, had a lovely terrace that overlooked the city and was VERY accessible. Close to the train station and buses that come from other cities . Riccardo was amazing and showed me true Sicilian hospitality. I felt very much at home. The breakfast was also great.

The place at Ricardo was really good, clean, location at the city center, close to the bus station. The owner of the B&B Ricardo was very funny and helpful and in case of any need he helped/responded very quickly. I can only recommend his place.

It was very clean. There was a daily cleaning. The towels were changed often. It was for me more than a b&b, like a hotel. The owners Riccardo and Daniel were very friendly and helpful. I got every morning fresh homemade cakes and pastries. It was delicious. They helped me also alot with my trip, where to go, how to go etc. The b&b price was very good. I can highly recommend this place.

I was staying with my six-month-old daughter and it was amazing! The hosts were incredibly nice, helpful. I definitely recommend it to anyone who plans to visit Catania. If I ever return here, I want to visit this accommodation again! (A little tip for people with children - accommodation is on the second floor by stairs, handling the stroller can be a little more difficult.)

There was a little noise from the hallway if someone was there, but I also had a small baby with me - we could disturb the others, too :-) It's just a small shortcoming, I don't think anyone should mind too much.

Riccardo & Daniele were amazing hosts. The BnB is clean, nice spacious room, comfortable bed with good pillows. Quiet area but easy walking distance to train station & central sights. Also delicious breakfast at local pastry store next door. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Very welcoming host, available swiftly for any question. The room I had is very comfy and quiet (with a window over an inner courtyard, so it is isolated from the street noise). The breakfast is in a pasticceria around the corner, very convenient and efficient.

The location is great, lots of restaurants and bars nearby and in walking distance from the main sights of Catania. Room is comfortable and provides everything you might need. Very tasty homemade sweet breakfast and great coffee in the mornings. Riccardo is an amazing host, very nice and cheerful, helped with everything and also has great recommendations on food and things to do. He makes this B&B so special. Grazie Mille, Riccardo!
