The accommodation is very centrally located in a beautiful building. Everything worth seeing in Catania is within walking distance, as well as the bus and train stops. My room had a very comfortable bed and a great bathroom, I loved the rain shower. From check in to check out everything went completely smoothly. There were snacks and drinks to welcome me. The host is very nice and accommodating and always available and immediately helpful with questions and tips. Breakfast is in the cafe around the corner - it is an Italian breakfast and the croissants and brioches are available in rich and very tasty selection. But if, like me, you prefer a hearty breakfast, you can do that in the well-equipped communal kitchen at the B&B - there is also coffee - and get sweet desserts to take home for later. I felt completely comfortable and would book the accommodation again at any time.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. It is very easy to connect with Alfio, and he is very responsive. I very much appreciated his willingness to respond to all my questions and requests. Also, It was easy to find parking spots, but perhaps it was because it's off-season. We personally loved one of the ladies who were there for breakfast - extremely nice and responsive lady!

Having in mind the accommodation is very close to the center of Catania, I didn't expect the neighborhood to feel so unsafe and bad. The good thing was that we were no more than 3 to 5 blocks away from the center where it felt different. Also, we requested baby cot, which we couldn't use because there was no mattress, so we ended up with a toddler in our bed for the whole stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better — right in the city center and just steps away from shops, restaurants, and major attractions. It made getting around so convenient, whether walking or using public transportation. The manager and Lucia were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, they made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their warm service truly made a difference. We Will certainly come back again.

Lovely B&B, perfectly located in the hearth of the city. Everything can be easily reached on foot. The room as well as the bathroom is quite freshly renovated and comes in a modern style. Comfy double bed, balcony, big flat screen tv, quality shower, shared kitchen , free coffee, water, snacks, welcome drink... There is everything you need. The host was super friendly and supportive. Easy remote check-in, leaving luggage and late checkout was offered as well. I would definitely come again and can highly recommend this place.

We have really enjoyed this B&B! All were perfect! The host is really nice, and he responded all our questions very quickly. Then this apartment is near to all, the Main Street, the train station, and lots of good restaurants. We have even got a bottle of sparkling wine as welcome gift. I recommend a lot this B&B for who want to stay several days in Catania!

Location is near the centre (although not the most central, but good for the value), and the facilities inside the apartment were all very well kept and clean.

The instructions to check-in should be sent in advance in written, it can be difficult to arrive there without knowing how to get in. But the host was ready on the phone very fast and also solved an issue with the entrance fast.

The location is close to the main torisitic areas in Catania. You can go to the main train station in 15 min of walking. The staff is extremely polite and helpful, with all you need. Good recommendations for restaurants. There are all the facilities in the room. We enjoyed the stay, and we recommend it. There is an Italian breakfast; that is ok.

light breakfast with croissants, small room, but with very high ceilings. soundproofing is not the best, but does not interfere much. location is also good (not far from the center and the train station)

Very pleasant, refurbished and spacious rooms with efficient AC.

Breakfast was not much but I did not expect anything from it. You get coffee and some sweets. The house lady serving the breakfast was very polite.

Close to the main amenities, clean, simple

Just a small note we were woken up by knocking at 8:30 am to remind us about breakfast which we thought was a bit odd. But wasn’t a big deal. Soundproofing could be better.
