Good value for money, clean and cozy. The instructions were easy to follow and check in went smoothly. The bathroom had toiletries and there is a lobby with tea / coffee and snacks on the floor.

The area is in the middle of the open market. Though the market was over in the evening and the night was quiet, the street in from of the apartment was quite dirty and there was trash around the building.

Location is very central. Bus/train stations are very near in case you plan day trips. In case you plane sightseeing in Catania, this location is also in walking distance from all main landmarks. Breakfast offer is quite rich and the quality of food was very good. Staff supports you in the morning with every requests with pleasure and they always smile! The place was very clean as well. The quality of our bed in apt. nr. 5 was very good, the mattress was super comfortable!!

The street itself is home of morning markets that gives a special atmosphere, and also generates crowds and more noise. This is a very local thing and it is something to accept and not to complain for.

Once you get inside, it is really nice. Breakfast was fantastic. Bed comfortable. All clean and new. The pictures are authentic. From Monday to Sunday, there is a street market starting at 7:30 so that can be a benefit for some or noise for others.

The location looked dodgy with a lot of immigrants, graphiti on buildings and garbage in the streets. But all ok eventually, only the first impression upon arrival made us question if we are even in the right place.

A good choice of foods for breakfast and served well. The location was a big surprise as we had not expected the back streets to be so local. What a surprise in the morning when we looked out the window---the street full from one end to the other with all the market stalls----little noise whilst the stalls were put up.The market had disappeared by 2.30pm and all back to normal.

The hotel is hidden away in a large building and access is a little difficult whilst the market is taking place.

There is a market on the street every day. As the structure is on the 2nd floor of the building, there is noise very early in the morning when the workers are setting up the market. Also, the beds are a bit hard.

The rooms were cleaned daily and the breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and helped us with our luggage, since we arrived before the check-in time. The location is close to all points of interest in the city center.

The public market that is organized every morning on the street generates a loud noise very early in the morning. For example, on the last morning, traders started organizing the market around 5:30.

room was clean and nice. breakfast was ok and the staff was really friendly and helpful. location is good since you are 2-3 mins walk from all the bars and restaurants and also close to Via Etnea. there is a private parking ( 2 min walk) and the price is ok .

on all the streets around the building there is a market everyday. in the norning at 5 AM they start to assemble the market and there is a lot of noise. after the market is it super dirty and lots of garbage on the street.

Sewer problem , bathroom smells very bad and it does not go. You cannot let the bathroom door open because of sewer smell. There should be one use slippers as well, the absence of carpet makes the floor very dirty when you enter with shoes.

Apartment is nice, location is in the center. Parking is really close (2 minutes to walk).

The area around ​​the settlement is scary and untidy. Each morning it is market in the street, you can’t leave opened windows because of loud sounds also in the evenings it is quite noisy because of food places in that street.

The location is tough, right above the market and not the best neighborhood... So there was plenty of noise all the time, late in the night as well as very early when they started to set up the market
