The breakfast at this place is fantastic! It was served to us in our room and was a real bonus. The room was huge with bags of character and had everything we needed for an overnight stay.

It’s a real puzzle trying to find this place! More instruction is needed, we literally walked around the building a number of times before speaking to a porter who contacted the property as they are rooms within a building complex.

Great location, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, Duomo. Breakfast is normally at 8am, but they brought it to us at 7am since we had a 7:15am ride to the airport. They arranged the taxi for us.

WiFi did not work, neither did the projection TV. Difficult to find since it is inside a building and there are no signs outside. I called the manager and he met us outside and walked us in

Staff were very attentive, and the location is perfect for downtown. The hotel is interesting and is actually a converted palace. There are many places to eat and many fashion shops and lots of the key sights to see being very close to the centre, or rather in the centre. One thing to note is that the reception is rarely around, just at breakfast and check-in. The check out time for this reason is also very strict, but they allowed me to stow my bags for two hours, but the location to stow bags was not secure (there is no storage room specifically for baggage). The caretaker is also very kind and helpful. The reception staff member at hotel has impeccable English and was also very kind and attentive. Overall, I would recommend this place for 1 to 3 nights.

Antonio was very attentive host. We got nice breakfast, fresh baked local stuff, with ham, cheese also sweets, fruits and certainly perfect Sicilian coffee and fresh pressed orange juice. Grazie mille, Antonio. Great location, ca 12 min walk to Liotru and the best ever fish (and food) market in the Mediterranean, with all the culinary pleasures around. The private parking in the closed yard of the house is of high value in this busy neighborhood.

The place is amazing, starting from the location, the amenities and the communication with the host, who is ready to answer all your questions. The keypoints were the decorations on the walls, the old and classy furniture, the projector with Netflix (instead of a boring tv), the view to the city. And not forget about the breakfast, not the classic italian coffee and a croissant, but with salted and sweet bakery, fruits and cappuccino.

Fresh fruits for breakfast were beautifully plated and the pastries were generous, - the one with the pistachio cream filling was yummiest. Enjoyed the freshly squeezed orange juice too. The premises comprised 3 large self-contained ensuite rooms with a shared unmanned reception area monitored by CCTV. Our group occupied all 3 rooms. Appreciated the water-filter machine, the high ceilings, movie-screen and spacious clean bathrooms. The lift helped as we had big suitcases, some B&Bs in Sicily do not have lifts. Location in a lively area with many shops and restaurants. Lovely lively lady who checked us in and out were very helpful and gave us great recommendations.

Amazing location with great staff that was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and they really try to make it great. We had pastries and fruit as well as yogurt, fresh squeezed juice and coffee. The location is great and close to everything. Spacious room, beds a bit hard but not too bad and comfortable, unique place that’s big and spacious and uniquely decorated. Great bathroom and great view. In the middle of the daily market.

Very central (near the market) and clean. We had a very big quadruple room and another room with a table and chairs were breakfast is served. The host is very nice and disponible.

The breakfast could have been more varied. Instead of a TV, there was a projector but it didn't work. The host told us that it could be fixed on the day, but we told him not to bother since we were staying for only two nights.

The location was excellent, right in the centre of the city. We were right next to a giant market and close to restaurants and shopping. Using their paid parking option was great as we knew our car was safe and secure. We enjoyed the breakfast options provided and the service was wonderful.

Loved the location overlooking the little square and easy access to lots of bars and restaurants. The room has a beautiful painted high ceiling and was amazingly quiet. Breakfast was fantastic - fresh fruit and pastries. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

Would have been good to have somewhere to put our bags rather than on the floor, but not really a big deal.
