This is the second time we stayed in this apartment block. In 2024 we stayed in the penthouse which had stairs to the roof top kitchen, living room, patio. It was too hot. This time we chose an apartment on the middle floor. Good size, well equiped, very comfortable. The apartment is in the centre of the city but faces the back road so is quite peaceful. Shops, market, bars & restaurants are in easy walking distance. So is the undergound. Highly recommended

Very minor niggles. Very small shower, toilet (I think all the aprtments are like that). The air con unit in the main living room was noisy. One of the chairs looked to be falling apart, but there was a sofa so we didn't use the defective chair.

Location location location! Amazingly convenient just off the Main Street of Catania. Everything you want to see and do is within walking distance. The park, the best cannolo I had in Sicilia, restaurant scene, ruins, bus stops and more. If you really want you can even walk to Catania Central. Loved everything about the apartment and the stay. The staff were excellent communicators and met me within in a few minutes of me arriving. Walk thru was quick and easy and I was very comfortable! Loved having a kitchen even though I didn’t use it and loved having a washer which really helped me out! Highly recommend staying here and will book again when I return to Catania! Grazie Mille!

Everything was excellent!

I had a short but very pleasant stay at Ferrini Home. The location is truly wonderful, perfectly situated with quick access to great restaurants, shopping streets, and some of Catania’s most interesting tourist attractions. Everything you need is just a short walk away, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The apartment itself is clean, cosy, and well thought out. I honestly wished I had booked more than one night, especially to take full advantage of the kitchen facilities,it’s ideal for a longer stay.

If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to enable access to Netflix or smart TV features. A little change like that could make evenings even more enjoyable, especially for guests who stay several days.

Excellent location. . . very easy walk to the city center. . . shops and restaurants! Very modern and clean, a lovely private terrace. Good art on the walls. Extremely comfortable bed. Plenty of closet space. Small apartment but well equipped. Ferrini Home has a very helpful staff and their properties are of a high style. Some maintenance in the bathroom needs to be completed. We have notified Ferrini.

Be aware, the toilet and bathroom are on the lower floor from the bedroom. . . requiring a walk down steps for using the toilet in the middle of the night. This old building needs more electrical plugs for your devices. Also better lighting on the terrace and inside the kitchen. There was no stove, just a hot plate and microwave in the "tiny" kitchen area. Be aware the pots and pans and flat ware are in a hidden cabinet under the stairs.

We travelled with several people, so I got to see five different of the apartments. They are all superclean, spacious and most of them have at least a balcony or a terrace. The flats are directly next to via Etnea, one of the major streets of Catania and you can basically reach the whole city easily from there. The service of the hotel was extraordinary, they made sure we felt welcome, helped whenever we needed something and were polite and on point. I cannot recommend this place enough and if I can return to this city one day, I will certainly stay at this place.

Being in our 70's we just loved the easy access to the facility and the privacy, soundproofing is also excellent.The entrance to the premises is in a pictueresq little street of via Etnea with two restaurants in close proximity. All utensils you need to prepare a light meal is provided.The washing machine ironingboard and iron was a bonus as we ran out of clean clothes. The decor is modern and the fascility was sparkling clean. You can virtually eat from the floor. The staff were very friendly professional and accomodating to our every need. We will surely be back. A gem and true value for money in the centre of Catania's main attractions. The local bus stop is infront of the building to take you to the main bus station the train station and the airport.

Wish we made it our base to explore Eastern Sicily instead of hopping from one B&B to another

The location was awesome. Very sound proof. The apartment was large with a balcony. (2D) Hosts were greatl. Huge wardrobe. Good kitchen. Great restaurant downstairs.

We arrived very late. No 3rd towel, pillow or sheets to surround the duvet in the cupboard (without cover) for sofa bed. (Booked 3 people) It would be very helpful for switches to be labelled as some are power switches for fridge, washing machine in same location as light switches..

Location was excellent,great restaurant just below apartment. Appreciated flexibility for an early check in. Real bonus having access to sky package after a long day sightseeing😁

Air con was not the best although it was very warm outside.

This duplex was absolutely wonderful—spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Having an elevator was such a convenient touch, especially with luggage. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the city, making it easy to walk to major attractions, shops, and restaurants, or catch a bus to explore further. It was the ideal home base for my stay, and I would absolutely choose Ferrini Home again for my next visit!

This is a very attractive, quiet apartment with great style. The outdoor terrace was lovely to sit in of an evening and the location was great for eating out and seeing the sights of the old city and the markets. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive and attended to a problem with the stovetop immediately and with great care. Many thanks!

There are internal steep stairs between the kitchen, living space and bedroom. After walking all day this was quite a workout and best suited to the young and fit.
