We had a great stay thanks to Gloria, who was friendly and helpful. There was a problem with one of the lights that was impossible to turn off during the night, but when we contacted her she promptly reached a technician to solve it, in addition to making sure that the room was cleaned every day at 10 am. Similar to a hotel, clean towels every day and also a coffee machine. In addition to the privileged location on the main street, literally next to shops and in front of the little mall with fancy Beauty & Fashion brands, we enjoyed the jacuzzi. Don't expect a huge room but rather a great experience and comfort.

The guest room was easy to find and right in the heart of the main shopping street Vea Etna Gloria showed us into the room and was very helpful making sure we were ok and asked if we needed recommendations to restaurant's or any other help , she checked on us in the morning by message to make sure all was ok and comfortable a very nice young lady 🥰 the room is very modern clean and the spa bath with plenty of hot water and room has coffee machine the bed is very comfortable the best out of our 8 night trip with 4 different hotels beds 🩷

Gloria was exceptional. Checked in with us, sorted the few little issues we had efficiently and was really lovely. what a gem she is! location is perfect, very central. jacuzzi was a relaxing end to a busy day of walking!

a few little issues with the jacuzzi, tap wasn't working 1st night then once it was working it came on spontaneously (we think when neighbours turned theirs on). Resolved quickly though.

Very Central to all the attractions Gloria our host was so friendly and kind, was always checking we had everything we needed Jacuzzi was lovely! Catania has a city vibe, food was great! Taormina was just Stunning, we went there for the day/night! Absolutely loved it there! Definitely recommend. This apartment was cute and had everything we needed for a fabulous stay!

It's a nice place to stay. Comfortable, right in the centre of the town. Gloria was very helpful and kind. Good price quality ratio.

There is minimum space to store the clothes, not ideal for longer stay. Hot water has very unstable flow. No big issue, but I put 9.

Good location, walking distance to almost every sightseeing points. It’s safe since it’s just on via etnea. The room is clean and tidy,satisfying all my requirements. Gloria is a nice, friendly and helpful girl, always caring about your stay experience.

The room was very tidy and comfortable. The jacuzzi is a nice bonus to it. The host was really friendly and helpful, kind enough to provide us with some complimentary treats, which made out stay even better.

The walls are a bit thin so if there are some noisy neighbours on the other end (as was our case) you might be able to hear them pretty clearly. Apart from that, everything was great!

Location Is fabulous in via etnea right in the centre. The host is a lovely woman, very helpful and kind. The apartment is clean, the jacuzi a plus point. It is located on ground floor so there is no terrace but you can access into a courtyard Perfect for a couple who does not want to spend lots of time inside

The host was a delightful, helpful woman & the location was great. The jacuzzi was a part of the bathroom & worked! We at breakfast just outside of the unit & there were restaurants everywhere.

The location was amazing. It’s right beside the main square. The host was very nice and did her best to make us happy. Hot tub was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable. Water was available in the fridge for free. Air conditioning was very refreshing.

There was no soap in the bathroom.
