Great location. Helpful host. Large room.

While the room overall was clean and comfortable, there were areas that had built up dust (e.g. shelf in bathroom and soap dispenser). The shower head would not stay up for a shower.

The location is very central and the airport shuttle bus is close-by. It was very clean and comfortable, nice decor. Very silent despite the central location.

Not specifically something that I didn't like but something that can be improved upon. I think the lady at the reception was new and wasn't sure about a couple of things which are part of her day to day job (for example the tourist tax) and had to call the owner to resolve this She was very polite but also very quiet in her way of speaking, so her tone of voice could be mistaken with carelessness, which I don't think is the case. When we arrived I rang the bell and no one answered. I also called the number I had and no one picked up. Luckily a resident of the building was going out and we could get inside and reach the hotel on the 2nd floor.

We had a great time at ArtFashuon House. The room was always very clean, it was big enough for 2 persons, we had all the facilities listed on site. The guest was very nice and friendly, she explained to us the touristic points of Catania and how to get there. She helped us with information and reservation of Etna tour. She gave us some tips where to eat the best food in town as well. Certenlly i would stay there again

The breakfast spread was very nice with a good assortment of choices to choose from. Room was very clean and had all of the necessities. The one staffer we met (Martina) was exceptional. She was very fluent in English and carried a great conversation.

We arrived at 830pm, which was 20 minutes past normal check-in time so we were charged an additional 15 Euros for this. We really had no control on the heavy traffic that the bus incurred from the airport.

Arcangela was warm and welcoming. Location is right in the center of town with easy walk to popular bars and restaurants. Room was clean and had AC!

Beautiful rooms and great location. Staff are super ftiendly and helpful also. Would really recommend doing the Mount Etna tour also. One of the highlights of Sicily for me.
