Nice central location, excellent for access to the main points for sightseeing or day trips around Sicily. The cleaner cleaned the room every day and the view from the room was fantastic.There was no noise despite being located very centrally and the Insigne cafe across the hotel offered delicious and normally priced breakfast options!

The location was excellent, everything was in a walking distance. The host was very lovely and helpful with any questions I had. The room was very clean (it was cleaned every day) and all the appliances were working perfectly. It even had a little kitchen and a kettle with some complimentary tea and coffee, which was perfect for someone traveling on a budget. The building also has a lift which is great for accessibility.

The only downside of this property is that there was no sound isolation at all, so you could hear everything that happened in other rooms and the corridor. I was also very unlucky and during my stay there was a baby in another room who woke up every night and cried (I could hear the guardian shushing the child) and some other people who slammed the front door which, unless one uses the key provided, is hard to shut. Everything else was perfect though, so I would come back to stay here :)

The location was great. Very easy to walk to major sights. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room overlooking the street had a little balcony and was as shown in pictures. There was also an elevator which made it easy to get to the property with bags.

The plumbing was a bit eccentric. To drain the shower you had to flush the toilet. The second room, on the courtyard was dark with only a small window, and, unexpectedly, a kitchen.

Very central , owner very helpful & all the amenities at hand inside the room . When you walk outside , it's at the centre of everything. Clean, .quiet . Wifi no problem.. Besides having a kitchen in the room, It has a spacious shower . Also loved all the little conveniences like shelves in the bathroom & practical aids in drawers. Also, charger port close to both sides of bed & other places. Having a lift made things much easier too. Loved it, great stay.

Great, central location, which makes it easy to discover the town.😎 I had my own mini kitchen within the room and the shower/wc were also part of the room, which made my stay comfortable and private. The AC was a great help to make the room warmer, when I needed that. The host was really nice to give me the option to check in in the evening.

It was noisy, because of the construction work in the building, but if you bring your earplugs with you, as I did, you can have a good night sleep. 😴

It's very centrally located, making most things to see, and many restaurants easily access.

Not too generous with water, coffee bags and soap. I do not like florescent lights

Room Size and bed are nice. I try to get hot water on the shower,let it running for more than 3 minutes, never gotten hot. There are hot water coming in the sink. So maybe the knob of the shower is broken.?? Anyway if winter I would never stay here.

No guidelines or instructions inside of the room. Any thing to do for the shower? How to return the key? Évacuation plan? Other case of contacting other than what’s app?

Absolutely perfect location. Excellent communication from Ylenia the owner. Very surprised and pleased to see that my room was like a little self contained flat. A bit complicated on arrival on sorting out the keys but once sorted worked really well. Would love to go back asap.

The room looked out onto the courtyard and i had to keep my windows / curtains closed as the next door neighbour could see in when he went in and out of his flat. Very noisy till late at night but its a vibrant town and expected and was a part of my stay.

Small BNB in a good location, but pretty quiet. Room and bathroom were comfortable. Surprise inclusion of a small kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff who even organised a driver to the airport for me (thank you). Good WiFi.

No real problem, but I was always a bit anxious about the lift.

The location is fantastic, you are in the center of the city and the mobility is very easy. The staff reached out repeatedly, providing assistance at all times, including after the stay, notifying me of things I had forgotten in the room, and returning them to me. Overall good experience.

The TV in the room was small but everything else was good.
