Very central location to be precise in Via Etnea, close to all historical places, shopping area and market.Staff super helpful and friendly.Nice buffet breakfast. Very clean place.Will definitely re book this hotel and recommend it to those visiting Catania.

If you are not used to living in a city then it is noisy! Absolutely not the hotels fault, but something to be aware of!

This was a wonderful hotel. Staff were very caring and attentive. Breakfast was a great spread including hot options made for you. A great central location!

Don't let the walk into the hotel turn you off. It is so much nicer inside! The room didn't have many outlets, so you may want an extension cord if you have a lot of devices to charge.

Everything was perfect! The host is very attentive, the location is in the heart of historic center. The room is large and clean, very comfortable.

Very nice hotel, nice rooms with very high ceilings, good airco, comfy beds, very good breakfast with some vegies as well and you can additionally order some pancakes or omelet and smth else. Staff is very friendly. There is a toothbrush and a toothpaste in the bathroom.

Just some minor things maybe good to know: no shampoo and hair conditioner in the bathroom (we did not ask additionally though), some locks are digital and make sound when locked and unlock, so you can hear a room nearby. One day I was in a suite room and the toilet is equipped for people with limited abilities but if you are not a very high person, it is not very convenient to use it. Another day I moved to an economy room and when I used water I guess the pipes made some noise a bit loud but short but did not bother me much.

Breakfast was good. The location (in the middle of the pedestrian zone) was brilliant. Staff were uniformly helpful, with good dining tips, good excursion advice, constructive transportation support (arranging the airport shuttle), and instant comfort improvers (providing good drinking water, helping reduce the mosquito flock, and ensuring after-hours door access).

Fewer mosquitoes would have been good.
