The location is very central. Easy to get to everywhere. The room itself and everything else in the hotel is relatively new. The room has a mini refrigirator and the AC is worling very good. Staff at the reception gave us information about tours and how to get around the city and to the airport. Coffee at breakfast was delicious.

The floor was not clean when we arrived and it looked like it was not cleaned any day when we stayed there. The hair and body wash in the shower ran out in the first day of our three day stay and it was not filled the ither days. We could get it from the dispenser near the sink, but it was not very convenient. At breakfast we had a feeling the staff was counting how much every guest was eating. Overall made us think about the price and performance ratio.

Location is perfect as it is close enough to the train station and to the city center. The room had air condition and everything seemed to be clean.

Breakfast - scrambled eggs were cold, the choices of ham or cheese were very limited, and the coffee from the machine was awful.

The hotel is located right in the center of the city, and most of the sights are within walking distance. The design is simple but includes everything you need, such as a safe and a fridge. Rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy due to traffic, so if you're sensitive to noise, it's best to request a quieter room. Breakfast is quite good, offering a variety of different options. The hotel staff are very nice, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is new, the rooms are clean, and there's an efficient air pump for both heating and air conditioning. There are also two elevators—small, but both work well.

The breakfast was generally good, but the rolls could have been fresher—they were always as hard as stone.

A great location- city center, a lot of shops near the hotel (f.e. Lidl), the bus stops, restaurants, pharmacy, all you can need during your holiday. Really near the railway station and bus station (by walk), the hotel is located exactly above the metro line. Breakfast varied, tasteful coffee. Rooms are clean and every day cleaned, but the bathroom a little bit old, it seemed to be not so „fresh”. The stuff great, available all the time. I am sure if I come back to Catania, I will choose this hotel again.

A little bit a bathroom-that and a breakfast was the most important for me, I was all day long outside the hotel, so the room wasnt so important as a bathroom to take a pleasent shower

Excellent location, just next to the subway station. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and close to tourist attractions as well.

We know that for the sake of going green and to be environmentally friendly, we need to reduce wastage, etc. However, using the same disposable paper cup, which is flimsy by the way, for drinking water and rinsing for 3 nights without replacing them is too extreme, so to speak. The cups had turned soggy, yet the service staff never replaced them. They should be more attentive and can do better, of which in the 1st place we didn't expect that we couldn't find any proper cups, much to our chagrin.

The staff was very professional and helpful and the hotel was very clean.

On Saturday night it was very noisy and it was impossible to sleep until 3 in the morning.

Very, very, very practical choice at a moderate price in Catania. - Convenient location - right in the heart of the city; within a walking distance to the old city, the train station and the public bus station; The bus from the Airport (Alibus) has a stop right in front of the hotel - Free parking on the street in front; also a huge guarded parking lot across the street (EUR 7 per night); - A couple of big Supermarkets down the street - Maxistore Deco and Lidl - 24-hour reception desk service; very helpful and responsive staff - all of them speak very good English - The rooms are recently renovated and very clean; very comfortable beds - Excellent and very abundant breakfast - A huge market across the street - genuine atmosphere; abundance of fruit, vegetables, fresh fish, meet, all kinds of local cheese and finger food; all food comes at a better price here than what one would find on the famous Fish market next to the Duomo In case one needs to rent a car - we chose to rent from B-rent on the airport; very good service; good choice of new cars; they require a credit card and lock a EUR 90 deposit; unlocked it as soon as they checked the car on return. we rented directly from their office on the airport, but as far as could see, one could choose/reserve/rent one of their cars directly through Booking.com. Enjoy as much as we did!

Just a little bit too noisy for my taste in the rooms facing the main street, but nothing dramatic. Ask for a room facing the back street if possible.

The hotel is new and located in the very center of the city, close to the tourist attractions. Our room was spacious and the spotless clean, the bed wide and very comfortable. I found 2 bottles of water in the fridge. The bathroom is spacious and has all the necessary equipment, including good quality soap/shampoo. There is air conditioning in the room, you can request a temperature change at the reception. The breakfast was decent and tasty. Very kind and helpfull staff. You can buy from the reception water, food, snacks, drinks and semi-prepared foods that can be heated any time in a room near the dining room.Great value for money!

We recommend this recently renovated central hotel.  Overall, it was good value and the staff were excellent. Grazie! Our room was of good size, spotlessly clean, and came with good air-conditioning, a good shower, a safe and a small quiet fridge.  It was on the 4th floor (there are lifts), and the room was at the back of the hotel, so the room was bright and very quiet. Reception staff were very kind, friendly & efficient. They were able to help book a taxi for us. In addition, the housekeeping team were excellent and flexible, we arrived slightly early, and they were able to help us out. The room, corridors, and breakfast area were very clean and in good order. The breakfast room is on the 2nd floor and has a small balcony with outdoor seating, which was nice. This hotel is in a good central location, its safe and friendly in the evenings, wiith lots of cafes and restaurants, and good for an evening stroll along Via Etnea seeing the main sights. Note that the local airport shuttle bus stops on this street, which also makes this hotel a really practical solution for airport arrivals and departures, and for short stays exploring Catania.

Very helpful staff. The hotel is close to every point of interest in the city. The breakfast was good. Overall, a superb stay for the price paid.

Although the location is strategically good - next to the city center and close to the bus/train stations, there are a lot of homeless people nearby and also lot of rubbish on the street. This is not the hotel's fault and is rather an issue not resolved by the municipality itself, but people should keep that in mind.
