Very nice big and comfortable bed, spacious room with rain shower in de bathroom. Breakfast was nice too with several options. Very nice, friendly guy there serving breakfast, he didn't speak English though.

The view was to a smelly alley, to enter you have to open three doors with three different keys and then also put the key in to turn on the lights in the room. We didn't meet the host/owner at all. Everything went on WhatsApp. I was also missing a coffee maker in the room (tea was there). The hairdryer could also use an update.

Location was perfect, easily accessible. Room was very large, very comfortable. Contact with staff was very easy.

Location, beautifully appointed. Safe and secure. 2 mins from Etnea Street. Lots of great restaurants and shopping. Close to attractions on foot. Easy access to bus station and airport. Our host was so attentive and helpful.

Property location is very good, towards the edge of the main tourist area I would say but within easy walking distance of most attractions. The benefit of not being right in the centre of things of course is that the property could be accessed by car (we had a hire car) and parking was available very close to the property. The apartment itself was spacious, immaculately clean and nice and bright. There was a good sized balcony area, providing private outdoor space. I felt the property was very secure, which is always a bonus in a busy city. Breakfast was provided by the host's charming father, which gave a nice feeling of it being a family business. There was a good choice of foods also. All in all, we were very pleased with our choice of accommodation.

It was a really great accommodation. Very good area, a few meters away from the Umberto street and a few minutes from Via Etnea. The room and bathroom are very spacious, there's also a big screen TV. Breakfast was ok, good coffee. Good communication, easy check-in and check-out. Alejandro was kind to help us with a luggage weight scale. There is a restaurant right downstairs, with good food and nice summer atmosphere and many others at a few minutes distance. During the evening, there is some background noise from the restaurant terrace. We enjoyed it, but you can close the windows. It is hard to find a parking spot on the streets, but there is also the option of using the garage parking near the property. We were lucky to find a spot in a designated parking area

As it's an older building, it shows a bit in the tiles of the floor, but no inconvenience at all for us.

All was great, the location was super, and the communication was exceptional.

Liked a lot the jacuzzi! The bed was comfortable and the stuff helpful!

Overall, all good. Would have liked to have a bottle of bubbles in the fridge at the arrival, so maybe something for the host to consider in the future!

Very spacious and beautifully decorated room, well located near gardens, restaurants and shops, very welcoming family and well organized. Definitely recommend it!
