My room was very clean and tidy with a nice double bed, and en suite. All very clean. There is also a large shared kitchen with a fridge/ freezer and cooker. You can help yourself to the free teas and coffee. I found the WiFi strong and reliable, even in my room. Its walking distance to city centre areas. Its also quiet. The rooms are located on the second floor of a condominium, but there is a lift if you need it. This B&B doesn't have a reception, but access instructions were sent to me in good time before arrival. You get vouchers for continental breakfast which is taken at the cafe around the corner - about 2 mins walk away.

My room had no window. All TV channels are in Italian. This probably isn't suitable for a long stay, but short stays are fine.

the host is very helpful and quick to respond - everything we needed anything, they were extremely fast and nice! we didn’t meet in person but communication via WhatsApp was very efficient. everything was brand new in the room and it was very spacious

the door and windows are to the corridor, so we had to keep the curtain closed at all times. our bedroom was right next to the front door so when someone would come in early in the morning or late in the evening it was very loud in out room

Communication with the host perfect. Breakfast in the form of a voucher to a nearby coffee shop + a piece of pastry. Accommodation really clean. We appreciate the possibility of using the common kitchen. Perfectly cold airconditing.

One bed for two was only one and a half beds. There are no windows in the space - but thanks to this, light does not enter there when you sleep, which is actually a positive thing. The noise of the nearby residents in the early hours of the morning was unpleasant, but the host is not to blame.

I really liked the care of the owners. They asked me if we arrived successfully and if everything was okay. Check in was easy and all the instructions were understandable. The room was clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast at the nearby cafe was delicious and the staff very friendly.

You could feel the wind blowing through the bathroom window during the shower. The elevator was a little scary :).

The rooms were pretty clean and comfy, the staff was super friendly. The location is good during the day by public transport but at night we took taxi from city Center to accommodation.

Since check in was remote, I found it very fast to enter the room. Also air conditioner which is really important for me, was fantastic. Staff contacted me were very nice and polite.

The only problem was the shower drain which was something wrong with it and it couldn’t drain shower water very well.

Real breakfast with the voucher was very nice. Very responsive service and easy to check in, with safe luggage dropoff. Room is well-lit and air-conditioned, and the bed comfortable.

Room was a bit small and location was a bit of a walk to city center, but this was clear beforehand and it was manageable.

We have not met the host in person but was very helpful thru Whatsapp. The host is open to help with any issue. Room was cozy and very clean. Bed very comfortable. I highly recommend this place. City center not far away. Very beautiful botanic garden near by.

Good location, very friendly and helpful staff. Must try pistacio croissant at d’alesandro!

Could be cleaner, uncomfortable mattress, super thin walls.

The room had no windows, a bit far from the centro storico, no real touch with the owners since it’s self check in, breakfast for a child was not included and after letting this know to the owner they’ve got pretty rude about it.
