The staff were very helpful and pleasant, my studio was bright, modern and spacious, breakfast was plentiful with a good choice of food and drink. It was only 15 minutes walk from the centre. Nancy has lots to do and see and is walkable. It was nice having my own space for the length of my stay. Would definitely recommend this aparthotel.

Suggestions: it would be helpful to provide a small quantity of tea bags, coffee capsules, individual milk portions as a welcome. Also, small containers of olive oil, salt and pepper, basic herbs, since it's difficult/impossible to buy small enough quantities in a supermarket for use during a short stay. Also, some small kitchen steps are needed to be able to reach the crockery and saucepans!!!!

Good location. Easy walk into town and not far to the old town. Easy to find your way back! Massive en-suite. Everything you could want in terms of a kitchenette. Really easy check in. Easy to access. Kind staff on reception during hours.

Comes up as having parking in the filters. It doesn’t. However, the public parking - look for Catherine - is just opposite and great value - free on a Sunday and in the evenings. Can pay with card without downloading an app if you go to Catherine and not the one just before!

Walking distance from city center, good bed, well equipped kitchenette, great bathroom, good communication with staff. On the day of our arrival, they called to inform us there was a bad odour in the family apartment we booked, and offered us two adjoining studio's instead, at no extra cost.

You can not park in front to unload your luggage, but have to carry your luggage around the block, from the public parking Sainte Catherine, unless you can park underneath the hotel. Reception closes at 6pm. We were supposed to get a code to park underneath the hotel, but didn't get it and could not contact anyone to fix this when we arrived around 8pm. So we had to park at the public parking.

Very happy with our stay, we arrived later than anticipated and reception was closed, the after hours check-in procedure was brilliant. We were sent clear concise instructions in French and English and were able to enter our impeccably clean and modern apartment with absolutely no problems. Location meant we were able to leave our car in the nearby parking lot (free from 19:00 to 10:00am. Would def stay again. One small suggestion would be to replace the silicone in the shower room 207

The aparthotel is located conveniently in 10-minutes walk from the main square. There is a big parking nearby, which is not expensive. The 1-bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good: bread and various pastries, omelet, bacon, cheese, joghurts, müsli, fruit salad. For 1-2 nights it‘s a perfect solution.

The water in shower was a disaster. The worst shower experience in my life! You set the right temperature, 5 seconds it’s ok, then it’s suddenly cold, then very hot.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. I liked the location, which was close enough to walk to old town but removed from the noise of it all. The room was a decent size and fairly comfortable/clean. The front desk staff were friendly. I was there on a weekend so the front desk closed early and I needed to let myself into the front gate and the door to the building with a code, then into my room with another code, but these worked fine. I liked having access to laundry in the building. I didn't eat the breakfast. I thought the value for money was pretty good, especially considering other places I've stayed in Europe.

There was a bad smell in the room, near the kitchen area; I couldn't tell if it was from the prior guest (maybe spoiled food) or a cleaning product. I've stayed at one other Aparthotel Adagio (Glasgow) and that one seemed newer, cleaner, and fresher, with bigger rooms--this one in Nancy felt a little more dated and tired. But overall it was still fine.

The apartment was very clean and very spacious with two separate rooms for a family. The bathroom was spotless. There was a mini kitchen as well with sufficient utensils. This was the best stopover for travelling from Swissterland to Calais. There was a car park on the road next to the hotel and the car park charges are very reasonable with free parking between 6pm to 10am the following day. The city center was a walking distance away....

Nothing

Pleasant, clean room with comfy beds, spacious bathroom and everything we needed for the night we spent there (plus a kitchen unit we didn't use). Building overlooking a courtyard and very good sound insulation, so no disturbing noises at all. Breakfast was fine too, friendly staff. A very cheap car park at two-minutes' walking distance, the city centre at less than ten minutes. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

So much better than expected for the excellent value for money price. Our studio apartment was perfect for 2 of us. Clean, modern and comfortable in every way. Deserves more than the 3 start. Having the small kitchen area and dining table was brilliant for us. Didn’t bother paying for breakfast as we were able to shop and prepare our own. Very close to all that Nancy had to offer. Nancy was a bustling town with many bars, restaurants and shops. I’d recommend these apartments to anyone.

Great location, an easy walk to the beautiful Place Stanislas. Also, a grocery store and parking close by. We were lucky because parking in the evenings and on Sundays is free. Our self check in was easy and the room was clean.

It would have been even better if the kitchen included basic cooking essentials such as olive oil, salt & pepper. The window only opened a crack so it is probably not great in the hotter months.
