The breakfast was a buffet, with various options, and it was very good.

I had some uncertainities with the ammont of money taken from my credit card to pay the invoice. I requested the hotel some clarifications, but I was provided with no answer.

the staff are polite and very helpful, the location are great, in the side of the big street, the room are spacious compared to others. Center of attraction like Konak Square, Konak Harbour, Agora Smyrna, Ataturk Statue, and market are in walking distance. the taxi station was just in front of the hotel. the breakfast are great and complete.

the aisle of the room are quite dark, maybe refreshing the interior with bright colour will improve the ambeience.

The property is very nice and it was clean.. the staff also very kind to us.. they give us free upgrade to my other family members.. and the price is very reasonabe.. and we like the view from our room we can see the city very nice..

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel, and we want to thank especially to the two gentlemans who work as doorman who helped us each day with whatever we needed.

The location is close to the train station and not far from the ferry terminal and town restaurant areas. The breakfast was great and the room was very clean and comfortable.

The wifi was difficult to access. The sensor for the hall lighting wasn't working, so it was dark in the hallway.

My stay at this hotel was good to very good Some discount from price offered will make the stay at this hotel perfect.

good room size, good location

breakfast was nice, but I didn’t like that they controlled their buffet. first I have to wait the buffet server to be free to start my dish, second I couldn’t enjoy breakfast to eat what I want or how much I want, coz it’s monitored n controlled so I don’t think it’s a good idea coz I don’t think I will go there again, the stuff in restaurant or in hotel nice n friendly but the receptionist wasn’t speaking good English so the understanding was bit difficult other than this evening was very good
