The breakfast was good, the staff at the breakfast was very friendly and helpful. I got a good service. The room was clean. I requested a room facing the CNSJ area, and I got this. Thank you so very much.

There was a problem in the kitchen and the alarm in the hotel went off at 3 AM. We all went down to the lobby. But know one could tell us what was happening. After a while they told us that the alarm went of by mistake. I could not sleep after this. I do understand that this could happen, but we were not informed properly. And nothing was done to compensate this error. I'm also trying to book for CNSJ next year, but apparently you guys are already full.

I’ve read about your hotel on Curaçao that this hotel is good for family rest with children and with reviews that this hotel is quite?? Last 3 nights I’ve spend calling to front desk and begging that to make the sound of disco and karaoke not so loud??? The sound was on the highest level!!!! And any of my request was not successful!!!!!! Now I still do not receive any answer from the management of the hotel!!!

Very nice facility. Very nice landscaping and rooms. SMALLEST BEACH I've ever seen. But beautiful clear water and FUN to take bread out and FEED THE FISH! For ALL INCLUSIVE they have the Best Food and you realize this is Fine Dining. With Great Drinks!

No real Beach to walk on. Just enough to get in water. Comfortable to swim out 100 yards with only graceful waves. You can float on your back for as long as you like without any fear!

The staff at the resort were fabulous and welcoming. The property was beautiful and a true oasis! While we spent most of our time at the pool we did spend a day or two at the area as well. The beds were extremely comfortable!

The bathroom in the hotel room was a bit outdated and could use a refresh. The food options were only OK - I think that they could have one less restaurant and focus on offering more of variety. We did end up going off site for dinner more than we anticipated.

If you’re nervous about this resort from previous reviews on here, don’t be! Our entire stay was amazing. The staff was super nice and accommodating and the views from the resort were incredible. The property itself was decorated super well and was very clean overall. The beach on site was one of the bests with the most clear blue water and tons of tropical fish right at your feet! The food was actually super good as well and the restaurants had great portion sizes/options. Tons of other guests highly recommended leaving the property to site see and we definitely would have if we would’ve been here longer. The entertainment staff was also super fun!

There was only 1 bar really open the whole time which caused a little bit of a wait time, but didn’t really matter since we weren’t in a rush to go anywhere. The staff worked as quickly and hard as they could to make sure everyone was waited on. On the busier days (Wednesday and Thursday) you had to get up pretty earlier to claim your spot by the pool/beach but again, not a huge deal.

Most of the staff was great, always in a good mood and very helpful. The place is very nice, well organized and with good facilities. The breakfast buffet was great. The view from the room is spectacular, the food is quite good.

The bar was almost always very crowded and understaffed, with the lonely barman having to deal with 20-30 people being obviously overwhelmed and in a lousy mood. The buffet for dinner was open only once in the week we were there, contrarily to what advertised. The swimming pool was unsupervised, and (pretty drunk) people were spilling cocktails and smoking inside the pool (with ash floating all over the place), which is not ideal when one has little kids around, as in our case.

the resort is small, meaning it's easy to meet other people around the beach, pool and bar area.

the pillows on the chairs in the pool area are disgusting and old. at some point there were a group of 4 complaining about smoking outside. they are, were and have been the only ones complaining about it. they sat 20m away and went to sit there hours after I got to sit there. the hotel staff sided with them, the bar staff with me and all the other smokers. If you don't like cigarette smell, don't go sit in the direct line of wind of a smoker. most of the time, only 2 restaurants were open. usually the italian and one other. this gets boring really quick. apparently for Crafty Iguana, reservations are now required. I never figured out how to make such reservation though, as you have to make it before 5 and they only open at 6.

A good place to relax and too not worry about anything, staff was great at check in very friendly and helpful, room was great, happy with the ocean view upgrade that make our stay even greater.

The only thing they can get better at, is at the bar, I don’t think workers have a great strategy of work and serving drinks to people, had to wait a lot for drinks and sometimes makes us not want it a drink just because of the waiting time just a few of the bartenders were nice.
