great location, great facilities nice staff. Everyone i had spoken too was extremely nice and helpful. The location and facilities are super accomodating and well organized.

My room was immaculate, with modern amenities and an incredibly comfortable bed-perfect for a good night's rest after a day of exploring. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Willemstad, making it easy to explore the city's historic sites and vibrant neighborhoods. The rooftop infinity pool with stunning views, were definite highlights. What truly made the stay memorable was the friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. In short, Element Hotel is a top choice for anyone visiting Curaçao. I'll definitely be returning!!

The location, some of the staff were very kind, accommodating and helpful, especially Yorgelys. Cleaning daily, overall ok, however would not stay again here, not even for that price that was a good offer. The second hotel I stayed with on the island offered similar conditions and prices. They do have security on until midnight and that is a bonus as well.

I went on the terrace at the Cabana beach on a night that wasn’t even that busy, still with free tables and received the answer they didn’t have any free tables available for single women, felt occurred and left without the offered place at the bar.

Central to all the landmarks, with convenient restaurants located in the hotel if you don't want to go out. The TV has Netflix and a few other free subscription services already added so there's something for everyone to watch. The housekeeping staff is friendly, timely, and efficient at their job. The mirror in the bathroom has makeup lighting. The air conditioning is easy to control. The staff is amazing and willing to help you with anything.

The rooftop nightclub is a wash. They only have live music on Thursdays, of all days, and the DJ's for the rest of the week vary in talent. People come expecting to be entertained and the vibe is so mellow, it's quite a letdown. But their Thursdays are pretty good. The elevators are non airconditioned; in fact the whole property is free of AC except the rooms themselves. So you don't get that instant relief you ought to feel when you come in from the heat and eneter a upscale property. The hotel provides adapters but the charge isn't strong; bringing your own is the smartest bet.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the city center and is within walking distance of many restaurants and cafes, the Queen Emma Bridge and the beautiful Pietermai district. (Also about 20 minutes from the airport)Modern, sleek hotel, clean and comfortable bedroom, lovely, accommodating staff! The rooftop lounge/restaurants caters to some easily accessible nightlife and great views of Willemstad. There are also other restaurants and stores on the compound. I would definitely recommend it.

The parking situation is quite frustrating because there are parking meters that only use the local currency. I wish the pool hours were extended (open only from 10 to 6) The only sign directing guests to check is a small sign away from the parking area. It should be placed at the front and be bigger.

After visiting the Cascada Rooftop which i loved it wanted to wake up and go to sleep during my vacation with this view! I fell in love with the skyline of Curaçao watching the bridge, the cruises, the ocean and overall everything around. I booked a normal room which was good but wanted more so I booked the deluxe room with a balcony and perfect ocean view. What I loved most was the balcony the service and for a short vacation the ammenieties where ok. Like bottle of water tea and coffee and a little fridge. The bed felt literally sleeping on clouds. You have te be aware that on Thursdays there's Punda vibes and wkends they have dj so it will be crowded and noisy up until 11 pm. Which didn't bother me at all. Love the ambience actually. Will definitely stay there again! 💯

Front desk staff is ok...thry were welcoming,one house keeper was rude like we were bothering her by asking to clean our room,what I hated was there was construction being done in the room below us and the noise was unbearable and we got no heads up stating that there will be noise, it lasted for hours. The bathroom felt dirty,one time they never replace our wash rags and face towels they only gave bath towels where as we requested for all towels to be changed they left with the dirty ones never brought clean one,one house keeper specifically was angry with us.The window needs to be tinted ,can't open dark out curtains cause everyone from the rooftop deck will be seeing everything going on in your room crystal clear,and the room lighting was not really good.

Everything was amazing. This place is worth every penny. The staff at reception were very kind and generous. Kudos and high five to chelsea whose smile and warm greetings every single time made a huge difference. The location in willemstad was perfect. Everything was within a walking distance. The restaurants are good. You have clean towels for the swimming pool and the beach any time you want. The view from the roof with the swimming pool is breathtaking. I highly recommend this place.
