It was a newer hotel and the rooms are a really roomy, comfortable size.

The breakfast was very limited with oatmeal and prepackaged breakfast sandwiches being the main items available. The towels weren’t soft, but instead kind of scratchy. The shower curtain had a dirty hand print on it from previous guests. One of the elevators was broken. The clerk checking us in admittedly said she didn’t know what she was doing and the check in process was not smooth because of that.

Absolutely love this hotel! Great location with clean, modern, beautifully appointed rooms. My home away from home when I travel to KC. Staff is very friendly. Haven’t used the pool or gym but they look very nice. Love having a fridge in the room! Also the hotel is next to a lovely green space with walking trails and a delightful, locally-owned Ethiopian coffee shop with exceptional coffee and pastries.

Had to wait for front desk staff to show up so I could check in (and it was around 7 pm, so not the middle of the night). I get that they need breaks but can’t someone else fill in for a few minutes? Tried a loud “hello” but got no response.

Wish they would tell you that there would be early morning construction noise that did not allow us to sleep in. Everything else was good, but the noise level was very loud due to the amount of construction.

Need to use California king sheets on king bed. Too short sheets, kept coming off a lot. Also need to have creamers for the coffee.

complimentary breakfast was good, hotel was clean, staff was great and location was perfect. a staff member that checked us in even offered to set out a cone in our handicap parking spot when we left for our concert because my husband who’s in a wheelchair was concerned there wouldn’t be any handicap spots left when we got back since it would be late. he was right and the only handicap spot left was the one she put a cone in for us! service like that is hard to come by and it was MUCH appreciated!

The location is fantastic for why we were in Lenexa. It is a great area with lots of things to do nearby.

The breakfast has always been a little bit of a disappointment.

It was a nice hotel conveniently located. Parking was a little walk.

I had to switch the dates of my trip and not knowing the hotel raised the price almost $100. They said I got an email but I never received anything and was sticker shocked when I checked out and saw the charges.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. My family had a great stay.

I was extremely happy with the location, cleanliness, and setup. I did not have time for breakfast. Staff was amazing!!
