The staff is amazing always ready to help and advised us for restaurant.... Reception team is so nice and smiley, always a a pleasure to deal with them. They can order also the taxis 12.5 to Rhodes town We had the 2 studios in the building away from reception so calm and really spacious rooms with a hob to cook and cutlery, worth taking the studios ! AC worked perfectly for us. The hotel is really sparkly clean and with flowers and nice furniture. Garden are so pretty Tennis table and mini golf Short walk to the beach Mini market at the entrance has lots of useful items and open until late at night. Breakfast is ok, fruit and warm foods, omelette cereals, cheese....

Entertainment a bit basic I don t like the salty lagoon pool as I like to do laps but perfect for kids and to have diner in the evening Very narrow pavement to walk to the beach and when entering the hotel because of taxi and coaches need to arrive before 9 at breakfast to avoid queue and closes at 10 so cannot sleep late Mosquitoes are plenty in the gardens at night old elevators

Second time in this hotel.The pool is always the highlight of this hotel, large variety of breakfast with very polite gentlemen organising the good flow of the large number of breakfast customers. Generally clean, hard working cleaning staff, Smiling and always ready to help reception staff. After we checked out we were allowed to use the swimming pool and we were offered shower and fresh towels after that. Very handy when the check out is at 11.00 am, and your flight is late in the evening.

A bit intimidation at the pool bar forcing us to buy drinks during night shows. The bathrooms need some updating.

Surpassed my expectations. The pool area is beautiful and the bar, restaurants and food kiosks are great, great value for money too There is a concrete football pitch and tennis court, ping ping table, pool table, air hockey and a mini golf course (which needs a but of tlc but does the job) apart from a couple of euros for the pool / air hockey it’s all free The gardens are lovely, we didn’t use the playground as my kids are a bit old for that. There’s a well stocked mini mart at the property entrance, also reasonably priced. Everywhere was spotless and the staff couldn’t be more helpful

The only negative I have is that the rooms aren’t that sound proof from the corridor or outside which wasn’t a massive issue but if you’re a light sleeper it might cause a problem. The other thing to note is that there really isn’t a lot at all in ixia itself, a row of a few restaurants and a couple of shops in front of the beach. This is no reflection on the hotel, in fact the hotel is so fab you can spend your days not leaving it

large hotel split into several blocks of rooms. lovely pool area with lots of available beds. Room was a good size and had everything we needed. We were BnB so ate out each evening at local restaurants prices in the bars wasn’t too excessive compared to outside bars

could not believe that the hotel does not provide towels!! The owners may well say that this cuts their costs, or buying and washing, but I would argue providing pool towel at a so called 4 star hotel is the norm you are charged 3euros a day for a safe key. This is another making scheme. I won’t bore you with maths but +200 rooms provides a very healthy income!!!

The place was kept impeccably clean and all the staff were really friendly. We had planned on a mix of pool days and exploring. For our away days, car rental was easily arranged through the hotel with Christina from Access International car hire who came to the hotel to arrange everything and even dropped us off at the airport on our final day for no extra charge. Breakfast seating was efficiently managed and the traditional Greek offerings were very tasty. Shower room availability for when you have checked out but have a late flight and need a final hose down before leaving. Poolside souvlaki & pitta bar.

Breakfast offered British style dishes but in my opinion, missed the mark a little. Personally not an issue as I much prefer local dishes when travellng but I tend to make a point of checking these things out of interest.

The staff were really friendly and helpful especially the two ladies on reception , the staff in general went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect , all staff from cleaners to bar men greeted us always with a smile and a hello, the pool and swim up bar were perfect and there were lots of different options food wise. The reception made it easy to book excursions to the likes of lindos and symi island which was so helpful. It’s the perfect hotel for couples and the location is great as there is a strip of restaurants and bars nearby which aren’t too party orientated which was nicer for what we had in mind , in general the hotel was very high quality and you can really tell they put the customer first , one night in particular my girlfriend didn’t like her meal (just personal preference) the waiter noticed she didn’t eat much of it and offered a replacement meal for free , we didn’t take him up on this offer and noticed he did not charge us for it at the end which was a really nice touch that was not expected.

this is an excellent hotel with good core facilities, very good catering at multiple well priced restaurants, good pool and poolside facilities and very good, friendly and attentive staff. The bedrooms are comfortable with balconies that have a partial sea view in some areas. The bottom line is that this is a very good, old school professional hotel that delivers all the services you want, including little things like taxi ordering and a shower room for leaving day. Every member of staff we met did their part exactly as you would hope from a good hotel

the rooms are slightly tired. Not at a level that affects the pleasure of the stay but they need a refurb to maintain the status of the hotel, mainly in the bathroom where the bath/shower is showing its age. The door key and lighting enabler is a bit anachronistic as well, changing to door cards and doors that lock like most hotel room doors lock would remove a slightly strange element of the overall experience

The hotel area was very beautiful, especially the gardens. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast table was varied. Special attention should be given to the hotel staff. We stayed with a small child, and they constantly made sure that everything was okay with us.

There is nothing negative to point out. However, one suggestion: the hotel area could benefit from a small play corner for younger children.

Staff were lovely and very efficient. The pool area and other public areas of the hotel were immaculate and well kept, we enjoyed our breakfasts and we tried each of the hotel’s 3 restaurants which were very good. We stayed in a room with a terrace and that was a very pleasant area to sit outside in the evening.

The kitchen area in our room could do with being refurbished and the flooring replaced. However despite looking ‘tired’, they were clean.

Everything! The pool was lovely and spacious, there were plenty of sun loungers to choose from each day. The room was perfect it had everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. Nice location, right on the beach and there were lots of restaurants to choose from in the hotel, very handy if you didn’t want to head out. Overall couldn’t rate this place high enough!

Only one thing, the air conditioning did not work in one of our bedrooms but that was only a minor detail!
