I am very happy that I was able to visit this amazing hotel! The location is very convenient, 2 minutes walk to the beach. There is also a bar on the beach with various drinks. We chose an all-inclusive room and were incredibly pleased!! The room is always clean, cleaning was done every day. Every day they brought us clean towels, slippers and water. We have never seen such cleanliness in any hotel, it is impressive. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are very tasty. You can find food to suit every taste. We were not looking for the other restaurants, since this hotel had wonderful one! The most important thing I want to note is the staff. We met an amazing man Elsi who is the manager of the restaurant. He was very professional, kind and always helped us with any kind of requests. We are honestly so happy to met him, because It’s the first time when we met such a helpful person! He is really good with service and definitely he knows how to work with guests🌟 Also the manager of hotel was very nice , helped to change money and explained everything about Vlora and how to go to the city center. This is what we called 5 stars service!!! We are higher recommended to choose this hotel ❤️👌🏽

Spacious clean room in a modern hotel with a luxurious feel inside; easy access to the beach with beach beds. Excellent mattress. Large selection of breakfast options, but some of it was of lower quality (e.g. the orange juice). Staff gave us a better room when we asked for one with more privacy of the terrasse.

- As of May 2024, there is a lot of contruction work near the hotel to establish a beach walk. Even the beach in front of the hotel had contruction machines working on it during our stay. - As there is not much to do around here, we were glad we stayed for only one night. - The terrasse of the room is narrow and only partly clustered from the neighbouring terrasses, therefore lacking privacy.

The staffs were so helpful and welcoming. Had a very beautiful experience and the staffs made it easy to explore the city as well.

Modern rooms and communal decor. Very stylish. Balcony - Lovely view. Free parking. Infinity pool. Staff very friendly. Would definitely return.

Some building works near beach (not pre informed) albeit pool area was great, albeit not many loungers. Pool drinks service could be direct to sun lounger. Not the hotels fault but the area needs finishing I.e the roads and pavement. Not an issue for us but might be for some. A lot of construction going on suggesting lots of new amenities coming soon.

Dinner!! choice of food was very limited (fish soup/fish or chicken soup/chicken) we had to eat out couple of times.... If we know the food would be limited to fish or chicken every evening, we would've booked bed & breakfast only.

bar staff were unfriendly. they didn’t like it when we queried why the prices on the menus were wrong. The reply was that the season has just started and the menus are out of date. seems like the start of the season - mid June had come as a surprise to them!

The staff was beyond friendly and professional. Even at their most busy hours, they had time for a smile and a friendly remark. The food is delicious and well prepared. The rooms were super clean.

I have nothing bad to say about the hotel. The hotel was beautiful,the view from my room was excellent the staff was very polite, the food was very tasty, the rooms were very comfortable and clean .

I don't like the beach it was with stone's not sand it was difficult to walk,the see was still just in the morning, after 11 am starting the weaves and all garbage and grass are coming to the beach and make it dirty. You enter in water, and you can't see anything inside. Also, i don't like the infrastructure around the hotel. There's nothing around where you can go . The traffic from Regina to Valona was very bad, there are 16 km but you drive 1 hour and you are stuck most of the time.
