Fantastic location close to everything. The staff were super helpful and friendly. There is a local market square about two minutes walk from the hotel where there is live traditional Berber music playing every night which we loved 😍

Lovely little hotel in a great spot off the main road through Ouarzazate. Parking feels safe out the front and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Greeted with a cup of Moroccan tea and a slice of cake. We stayed twice in this hotel, on the way from Marrakech to the Sahara and then on the way back again. Both times, we received the same excellent service and a different room each time. Both rooms were comfortable with heating and a hot shower. Breakfast was ample with bread, yogurt, juice and tea or coffee. We also ate dinner here on both occasions and the food was really great and a good price @ 9 euros per head for a 3 course meal. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again

The location of this riad is great, it has a parking in front (for 15 cars approximately so it can be full). The staff was super welcoming and friendly upon arrival. The room was spacious, big comfortable bed, tea facilities, and the shower was hot and with good pressure. The food in the restaurant was also good. I would come back here 100%!

We didn't really like the breakfast, but that's not specifically for this hotel only. In every hotel/riad they serve sweet breakfast only, and that's just not our style. So that's more personal preference.

Decent sized comfortable room with fridge and kettle. All staff were helpful and friendly especially the waiter at breakfast. Not too far to walk to shops and restaurants in the main square.

Unnecessarily provided new bars of plastic wrapped soap daily and removed the part used one. Sometimes awkward to park in front of hotel. Breakfast menu was the same everyday.

The location of the hotel is great - directly opposite the central market and square which meant that we didnt have to take taxis anywhere. There is a really large supermarket just behind as well. The staff were really friendly. Rashid was welcoming and friendly. We accidentally came late to breakfast (10 am) as we had not changed the times on our phones/watches and thought it was 9am. Although breakfast closes at 9.30am they still served us without a fuss. Really great service. The hotel has a lot of extra seating areas dotted around - the central pool, an outside terrace and and inside terrace on the first floor overlooking the pool on the ground floor. The room also has a fridge for you to use which was very handy. Water and tea provided as well.

The pool didnt feel that useable as it was on the ground floor directly next to the reception, main stairs and restaurant so didnt feel so private. Though it was lovely so we took some photos and lounged about. Toilet seat wasnt on properly which wasnt an issue for us but just fyi.

The riad is beautiful, the staff was super helpful, nice and friendly, the location was perfect as it's just a few minutes from the main square and from one of the bus stations. The room was big and clean, good shower too. Breakfast was enough

The WiFi was not working, my door was a bit broken as I couldn't fully lock myself inside and sometimes I couldn't open it.

Huge problem with booking dot com - as I stayed 2x in quick succession and they won’t stop bugging me for a review of the second stay (which was also excellent). There is no way on earth to contact them to ask them to stop. The only option seems to be to stop all notifications - awkward when travelling. So my 1/10 review is totally for booking dot com - who said they rejected this review yet they haven’t deleted it causing the hotel owner much distress.

Breakfast was provided but compared with other places we stayed, it was okay. I didn't like the already prepared plate they provided. I prefer to pick and choose what I want. No advice about allergies. No lift and stairs deep. Room great Deco and super clean

Unreliable wifi. There are signal boosters all over the hotel, but the wifi cut out more often than that it worked. When we complained the receptionist did all he could, and promised to fix the problem then ext day. Things did improve, but reception remained intermittent.

Amazing breakfast, also have a very nice area to relax. The rooms are very clean and have everything you need also located very central where it’s very easy to walk to the place from the bus station, there is also a large square nearby with great food for a good price and a grocery store
