My family and I stayed in the 2 bedroom suite for 4 nights. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was remarkable. The comfort level was amazing. They’re doing renovations, so make sure to ask questions regarding the rooms and what you desire as far as your stay. But the one small concern that I had regarding the room was accommodated immediately without mishap. I will stay there again.

Apparently the hotel was over booked and they only had one room for us. We reversed 2 rooms but only one was available when we checked in. The hotel tried to make it right by giving us a 2 bedroom suite but that is not what I booked. I will not be using booking.com in the future.

Upgraded appliances in the location, Merrillville location was a better experience and I based that off staying here but I would stay at Merrillville before coming back and some of the guest too rowdy

The First Room I Had It Was Junky And Not Clean Bed Was A Mess And The Tv Was Left On And Beer Bottles Were Everywhere Like Someone Just Had Got Up And Left The Room

Clean room with good accomodations. Complimentary breakfast was decent. Ray at front desk was cordial and professional was the best part of the stay. .

Bathroom smelled a little bit of sewage.

Good spacious rooms with kitchens and separate bedrooms

Stairs were very dirty and couch upholstery was old and ugly.

Breakfast was alright, the hot food was not so good, so I typically went with a muffin or banana with juice, however, the staff was amazing which made up for the mediocre food.

It was fine good variety great staff.

The queen size bed that I was in was very lumpy and should be replaced room 217

The breakfast was very good, we really enjoyed it, especially the little omelets. The complimentary wine, beer and appetizers Monday thru Fri were very good, brats,chps, pulled pork,chicken fajitas. We also enjoyed sitting on the terrace overlooking the lake.The location was safe and very nice. The staff was very friendly.

The only thing that really bothered us was none of the staff were wearing masks and alot of the guests weren't either and one was coughing and sneezing, we've had our vaccine, but we're older and that made us feel uncomfortable, more safety measures with covid were definitely warranted, all the attractions required masks.
