We had a great stay at Amano Maison. While it didn’t have a manned reception the communication was great and it was super easy to check in. Location wise it was very well located. The pool was super! Room was spacious and had all the amenities one needs. Can 100% recommend.

Our safe didn’t work which was a bit annoying. Also the bathroom sinks were a bit blocked which we hoped the cleaners would have noticed, but nothing major! Also parking can be tricky but as we went outside the main season we always found one in the end. (And not the hotels fault at all)

It was very quiet and in a great area for food and drink , it’s a wonderful town , the owners were so friendly and h with very good messages with advice for eating out and were to park etc , we asked if we could have a kettle and 10 m later kettle cups coffee sugar arrived in the room , will definitely stay again

My room was spacious, clean and had everything I need and nothing I don't need. It's a lovely building and it feels good to be there from the moment you walk through the front gate - lovely pool, excellent and quiet air con, and a great location for everywhere you might want to go in Alaior or by bus from Alaior! Love it - 4th time here!

Might be nice to have conditioner alongside shampoo, and a bottle of water in the fridge but these would be icing on the cake!

We stayed for 6 days (2 people) and were truly surprised! The place exceeded our expectations , very clean, peaceful, and with all amenities. The staff was super friendly too.

Great location in a typical Spanish town where families gather in the square in the evening. Good communication with the hotel through Whats App. Lots of good recommendations for cafes for breakfast, restaurants and places to visit.

Alaior was a lovely village, from where we started our biking adventure around Menorca. Found a few nice places to eat within walking distance from Hotel. Hotel was compact, clean and friendly. They had an outside room where we were able to store our bicycles and plenty of downstairs sockets to enable us to charge the EBikes. Staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Hotel not too busy although full and we were able to find time alone in the small but welcoming pool. Bedroom had a large double bed, Not two singles pushed together.

Was not to keen on the price, as I had booked 2 nights in the wrong month by accident, immediately contacted to change the month but they had no standard doubles left for that month so had to pay 250.00 Euros more or lose the whole booking. Did not physically see the standard rooms but from description difference on site, don't think the extra 250 euros was worth the upgrade. They had only two pillows on the bed, I'm sure they would have accommodate had I asked for another, but they were memory foam pillows and just not to My liking. The bed, however was very comfortable. Breakfast area was a bit compact with guests trying to help themselves, second day was better with lovely young lass helping.

The breakfast was very good (not excellent as the coffee pods used were not great so gave the coffee a taste that too bitter, an easy fix to change to better pods - I'm a big real coffee fan!), not just because of the delicious quality and range of food on offer - pastries, yogurt, cereal, breads, cheeses, meats, tomatoes, guacamole(really good!) BUT also...the lovely Ramona who was thoughtful, friendly, interested and interesting, giving great information about the island and a fiesta happening and useful advice on local parking as well as bringing us some lovely things for our breakfast. We took a walk round the town between breakfast and checking out, it's beautiful.

As mentioned, the coffee was not the best but as said, this an easy fix by just changing the pods to a better brand. This the only thing we can think if really. Our room was perfect, all staff friendly and breakfast lovely.

Rooms were clean. Near supermarket. Walking distance less than 1 min. Free parking 5 min walking.

Noisy outside birds? Crickets? Only at night. But once you shut windows it is quiet. Stairs! No lift.

The room was very comfortable and clean, with a nice terrace and pool. We had a minor problem with the shower and the staff was very responsive in fixing it.

The hotel does not have a staff present, everything is done by distance (very reactive though). And parking can be a challenge in the whole area.

The room was clean and simple, the bed was very comfortable and the shower/bathroom was great. All the staff we met were delightful and helpful. I would definitely stay here again - and so lovely to finally have a small hotel in the town of Alaior!

The soap and shampoo was not working in my bathroom but luckily I could hop out and get my own from my suitcase. Not sure if they needed refilling or just didn't work. I like to have conditioner for my hair too! Just bring your own and you will be all set!
