A great welcome, lady who greeted us (sorry I can't remember her name!) Had a fab personality and helped me play a joke on my partner. Allowed us to use facilities earlier than check in so we could enjoy our day after an early morning flight. Room was lovely with balcony to enjoy a drink. Access to a kitchen and fridge which was very helpful. Couldn't fault anything. We were close to a bus stop with great transport in and out of the city with a nice cafe on the corner!

Amazing B&B Conveniently located close to public transport and laundry facilities downstairs. Cristian was an awesome host and communication was easy with him. Always taking care of our stay. Room is spacious, clean, away from noise as it is located on a 5th floor Private bathroom on the hall and kitchen facilities. So far our best stay in Europe! You won’t regret it! ♥️

There’s nothing to dislike

within 10 minute walk from tain and metro, and 5 minutes from bus stops, and 25 minutes ride to Central Rome. Beautiful apartment with lovely leafy view of the suburb. The checkin was very smooth and the staff was very prompt and communicative and was there at the arranged time for the check-in. At the check out, I just left the key on the door and could leave my suitcase in the hallway and collect later in the afternoon. I have a lovely stay. Highly recomment!

A quiet place, clean and the stuff isn't disturbing. Only making sure if we needed something. The hotel placed close to the pablic transportation, making it very easy to tour around rome

The bathroom is outside the room, in a corridor where the other rooms. Not so comfortable, but there are bathrooms for every room there, so there is no disturbance from other people. Our room didnt included a fridge. We were fine with it but there is people that use it alot in trips.

We liked everything about the property! The room was beautiful and spacious. We had the balcony and an en-suite which was definitely a bonus. And everything was extremely clean. Cristian, the host, was so helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

Everything was very good and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean, and access to public transportation was easy. The only issue was that the bathroom which was in the hallway, but I must say it really wasn’t a problem!

Location was in a nice area and the owners were very friendly and able to answer our requests quickly. Checkin and checkout were very smooth. Also Wi-Fi was quite fast and could enjoy Netflix TV.

I love this place, really clean with AC that is a must during the summer, and the hots are absolutely kind and helpful, they helped me with all that I need with my trip. The bus and metro station are pretty close what makes it ideal to stay in, also include breakfast in a coffee near themwith really good choises. For everything I have seen this place is the best quality price. For sure I will come back.

Very Nice please, with easy access, super convenient - 5 minutes to metro, 10 minutes to train to FCO airport. At the building coffee place. Would come again definitely

Not a disadvantage but bear in mind that the flat is around 5 km from city center. There are buses running around 200 meters from an apartment
