All newly done and to a good standard. Kitchenette had everything we needed for making breakfasts in the morning. Bed was very comfortable and smart TV in the apartment had all the streaming options (Netflix, Disney, prime etc.). The location was excellent, right in the town Center with all the sites as well as lots of restaurants and Tabancos within walking distance. Access was very easy via a 6 digit code which you use for both the building and the room. There are a choice of parking garages nearby that you can park in from around 7 Euro / day. We parked in APK2 plaza as it was the cheapest and about 3 min walk from the apartment.

There were a few small niggles, e.g. all the cupboard doors opened the opposite way from what you would expect, no hooks for coats, or int he bathroom for washbag etc. but nothing major.

Friendly reception staff, easy check in & access to our rooms. The suites are in an excellent position to enable exploring the city. The rooms have everything that you need although the bathrooms are a little small. I would have liked a mirror near a plug to make doing my hair a little easier but that’s just me being fussy. The rooftop pool area is lovely as is the rooftop bar which can be absolutely buzzing or quiet and relaxing depending on the time you visit. The bar staff are really lovely lads who can’t do enough for you and chat to all the residents. Special mention goes to Jesus who accommodated are requests for cocktails that weren’t on the menu & encouraged me to practice my Spanish. I’d definitely recommend this place and would stay again if I return.

From the off the staff on reception were friendly & welcoming, The rooms were well equipped with everything that you needed, (maybe filing the coffee daily or some black tea would have been nice) The lounge area was spacious, and the bathroom had everything needed but was a little small, the bedroom was lovely. The air conditioning worked brilliantly. The pool area was great although the pool was a little on the chilly side but it was fine once you were in. It would probably be easier to have towels up there and a basket to put the used ones in rather than have to get them from reception. The rooftop bar was exceptional, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and they went out of their way to help and to talk to anyone that wanted to talk or that wanted help. The atmosphere was at times buzzing and at other times relaxing & tranquil. All the staff were lovely but especially Jesus who knew I was learning Spanish and encouraged me to speak to him in it rather than in English. Altogether a superb experience, we all loved it.

I wish the lounge was 15cms less wide and that 15cms was added to the bathroom as it was a little tight but that most certainly didn't detract from the enjoyment of the stay.

Fantastic location right in the heart of the city. Parking directly opposite (be sure to book online before you get there) Gorgeous rooftop swimming pool and bar (with very nice cocktails!) Lovely friendly staff.

There was a green fire exit sign in our room over the door, unfortunately this gave off a light at night which effected my sleep, I bought an eye masked which helped. A shame as our bed and room was really comfy otherwise. Also and this is no fault of the hotel but early hours of the Sunday morning we were woken up by loud music & people who we assumed were waiting for taxis across the road after leaving the bars / clubs. This didn’t happen on the first two nights just the Saturday night. There is a bar next door to the hotel we couldn’t work out if the music was coming from there / how late is stays open as this was 3-5am. Again no fault of the hotel just something to bear in mind.

Attention to the client. Staff always trying hard to please the client. They provided all the information we needed and they made sure we understood everything since all doors a operated by a code provided by the receptionist. Very good manners and always with a smile. Ideal with a roof swimming pool, central geographical location.

On the swimming pool there was not enough shade ie with sun umbrellas that could be opened or closed to the needs of the clients. There was some shade but not enough. The door in the ladies toilet in the 4th floor could not be locked in fact I had to stay outside the door to safeguard my wife.

The apartment is probably in the best location possible in Jerez. Close to everything and with easy public parking just metres away. The staff are extremely helpful and proactive. It has a lovely rooftop bar plus a pool, which is a rarity in central Jerez.

There is a nightclub adjacent to the property on the ground floor. It can get noisy as the sound travels through part of the building next to this. The staff were really apologetic about this, as it is out of their control. This won't stop me from staying here again. However, I would suggest letting the hotel know that you want the apartments that are furthest away from the club.

Excellent location in the centre of Jerez, loads of tapas bars just around the corner and the alcazar and catedral a short walk away. The train and bus stations are about 15 minutes away, with trains or buses to Cadiz and Sanlucar de Barrameda, where we spent two days exploring and swimming on the fabulous beaches. We stayed in a suite - 2 adults and 2 children - for 4 nights and had plenty of space. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace, good choice and friendly service. We used the swimming pool on the roof once, it was clean and a great way to refresh after a hot day out. The rooftop bar is busy in the evening, but the service is great and we enjoyed the view. All in all we were very happy and would stay there again.

Nothing we can think of

Beds are extremely comfortable and it was heaven to sleep and rest. There are black out curtains which is really great if you like to sleep in or have kids. Apartment looks lovely and new. Rooftop is really nice with pool and bar in heart of the Jerez. There is parking under (but not as part of hotel) for 9eur per day which is great. Everything is walking distance, mostly 10min away. There is soap and toilet paper which is not always the case in Spain. We gladly recommend this place for short term stay.

Seems that previous guests didn't wash the glasses they used and just put the back in cupboard... Not cool!

Very comfortable beds. Best shower yet. Warm ! Necessary for mid-March stay. Access to parking very good and clearance 2m10 good for van travellers. Well equipped modern.Staff most helpful.

Drawback from location: noise from buses below window. Nitpicking perhaps but when dish cloth-tea towel provided it should be laundered first not straight from the shop; otherwise it's not fit for purpose. Remount the kitchen taps so colour blue /red correspond with cold / hot. Simple things make the difference.

Completely excellent Perfect location for the landmarks, for public transport, and for taxis. Despite the busses stopping outside the noise in the rooms was not distracting or too loud. The top floor bar is open late, but we were not disturbed at all by any noise or anyone going in and out of the bar in the evenings. The pool was great to relax and cool down in. The service was friendly and helpful, even the cleaning staff were friendly.

I cannot think of any improvement at all. Just a note that didn't really like having to give so many details (passport etc) on a web portal, though we appreciate they are necessary to give, and the online format gives benefits at check in.
