Overall experience was indeed amazing Bed was comfortable, room, toilet, walkways, lifts etc were clean AC was chilling Staff was cooperative WIFI was fast Parking had an issue but it was sufficient Breakfast was amazing Location was nice

Although not much things to dislike but a few only Parking was not within the hotel premises It was around 5 mins walk from parking to hotel. Although it's not that much but in hot weather, with your kids and luggage, it was quite hectic walk, but it's fine as long as you can have a safe private parking. Another issue was that there was a wedding ceremony going on in the hotel and their music was quite loud. But hotel management cooperated with us and moved us to the top floor in even better room. So it was kind an up-grade and it also sorted out our issue.

Though it’s one of the oldest hotels in Jeddah, it is still attracts a lot of visitors. The ball rooms are all very outstanding …we already had many wedding parties in all its ball rooms ..this time it was Shahrazad ball room, though its one of the first ball rooms held wedding celebration, yet it still holds the beauty of the occasion thanks to its wonderful staff to mention few : Ms laila Balbaid, Ms Fatima Albarakati, and Mr Hani

Surprisingly our stay was pleasant. We stayed over for 2 nights. The hotel indeed feels like an oldschool hotel but everything was well kept and maintained. Room was wide with plenty of space for two of us. Bed was comfy, we slept like a baby. Service was excellent. we called for an extra towel at 2am and they promptly provided us. Breakfast was tasty with a lot of selection to choose from. Hotel is just 15-20 minutes drive to/from airport. We took uber as our main transportation so that was no issue.

Greatly, we appreciated the services that we received specially from Mr. Ahmed Abdelhay. Cheerfully, he greeted us with welcoming attitude, changed the reservation to a superb accommodation, and offered us continuing comfort and satisfaction.

The hotel needs to make concierge service available for check in. Also, improvement can be made by designating rooms and floors for nonsmokers.

Probably the best hotel we've stayed during our trip. Initially 3 nights and extended to additional 2 nights. Check- in staff welcomed us ( We talked to Abdulmajeed or Abdulhammed) don't remember his name but he was awesome! He was respectful and knowledgable about the hotel. Our room was upgraded (So thankful). Room was awesome, clean especially the bathroom amazing room service.

The restaurant staffs were super rude. I was feeling unwell and I asked for Hot water with lime/ lemon he said he will charge me 10riyals. I asked for manager in charge who came with bitter look, irritating body language and condescending remarks and said to take our complains to the front desk. I decide to report the issue at the front desk, the gentlemen acted promptly, listened to our complains and gave us the hot water with lime. It wasn't about the amount (the charge) it the act and the tone and the disregards to listen to us. Plus the server refused to clean our table the during our entire meal which we asked twice they ignored us. Passed our table and clean other tables. At that moment we felt profiled. That was just Disgusting!!!!

One day I forgot the door of my room opened for more than 5 hours, I thought everything would be stolen from the room as the door was open all of this time. But nothing was missing from my room.

We found hair on the pillow it was disgusting , also we didn’t find any slippers in the room but they brought them when I asked for.

Nice hotel, very kind and helpful staff

The room didn't have a good sound insulation, so I've been woken up a few times by the noise from the hall, noise from the neighbouring room and the air conditioning system isn't very silent either

I spend one-night Perium bedroom and one-night classic bedroom, I like the classic room bedroom because Bed very comfortable compare to Perium, other side premium rooms more options available, and overall good hotel to stay. Sarraj ( I hope this right name I write) He was a very nice and good person he help me to manage my Taxi issue, Thank you sarraj for help via whatsapp. The front of the hotel had good shops to eat. Good Breakfast

In front of the hotel, one is shop shurama don't I eat and my stomach got upset. Need to add more things in breakfast , very limited to eat.

The cleanliness, the quietness, the excellent service, the amazing smell in every corner and the delicious food it is one of the best hotels I often visit every time I go to Jeddah

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful especially reception, bell boy, F&B and housekeeping. Overall experience was good from check in to check out.

Duty Manager at the lobby desk was arrogant, upon our arrival around 4 to 5PM I was going to reception but receptionist was busy with another guest so I approcached to Duty Manager desk to request him for a bell boy so he can pick up our luggage from taxi but he directed me back to receptionist with arrogance. It was simple question but It seems like he got offended. During the night we had disturbed sleep due to loud music from hotel becuase of wedding function. Also please milk or cream sachets with team and coffee facility.
