The space was beautifully designed and had everything I needed. The hosts had thought of virtually everything a guest would need and it was all there readily available. The in-room hot tub was delightful and there was everything needed to cook a small meal if necessary (toaster oven, microwave, electric frying pan etc.). The beds were also super comfy. The location is also phenomenal, being just one block back from the beach.

Our stay at Bramblebank Cottages was as lovely as other reviewers indicated. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and there is a hot tub and a firepit, as well as a barbeque area and places to lounge under the trees. We stayed in the Lily Pad cottage, which is cozy but very pretty and well-equipped. The lake is just a short stroll away and it was easy to walk almost anywhere in town from the cottage. We were on a road trip and only stopped for one night, but I wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back!

Stayed in the Nest, perfect for a couples getaway. Amazing jacuzzi bathtub, nice bath salts included, cozy room, with a decent amount of kitchen equipment for eating/reheating takeout. There was also a hotplate but we didn't use it. Great walking distance, 5ish min walk to any of the great places to eat, liquor store, the lake is right there. Hot tub on the property is a nice Arctic Spa and was very enjoyable.

Honestly, I have never rented a place to relax in my 82 years, wherein I have felt that the facility was nice, BUT... I wish they would have done this or that; UNTIL this particular wonderful place. Even the use of Robertson screws in the solidly built Trex decking left me in awe! It was invariably the finest place we have ever stayed at. PERIOD.

How to make it better? Not a damn thing.

Bramblebank cottage was exceptional! The property is beautiful, cottage very clean, well equipped and comfortable! Cat, who checked us in, was fabulous!! Very friendly and kind. I would highly recommend Bramblebank to anyone looking for a comfortable, cozy, beautiful little home away from home kind of place 😊

We liked everything

The beds and pillows were very comfy, huge tub in our room, everything was very clean, updated cute and modern! There was even coffee creamer in the fridge for your coffee in the morning! They have cute little touches in the room from water marked toilet paper, to little bee stickers, bath salts, and more. I’ll be back to stay at the nest!

The jacuzzi tub was AMAZING. Loved that we could watch the TV from the tub. Clean room, smelled nice, coffee provided. The shared common areas (yard with hammocks, hot tub, fish pond) looked beautiful as well, but unfortunately we didn't have time to use those amenities during our stay. Cat, who checked us in and out, was very friendly.

Mattress was comfy enough but the bed frame was pretty creaky

A sweet little cottage in a picturesque setting. The accommodation was small but well thought out and with everthing provided for a comfortable stay. The bed was luxurious and cosy. Access to the hot tub was greatly appreciated. A fantastic pub minutes walk away and very close to cafes and restaurants. All in all I would highly recommend.

The location is absolutely amazing! The cottages are incredibly cozy and comfortable. From the moment we saw them, it felt like stepping into a fairy tale. The setting is beautiful, and the whole experience was magical. Highly recommend!

I loved the fire pit, the Jacuzzi, and the expansive backyard. I was travelling with a special-needs companion, and they enjoyed the quiet, the nature, and the ease of getting around. The property is well-maintained, and the river behind it is gorgeous.

The facilities don’t have a washer and dryer, and the closest one is an Agassiz.
