The rooms were very large. We made a request for a single bed rather thank bunk bed for our daughter and this was all sorted on arrival. The beds are comfy and nice memory foam pillows. The rooms are very clean, have nice showers and coffee etc in them. We opted for the breakfast as were short on time and it didn't disappoint. The location is great and you can park literally outside the door. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Really pleased with everything this hotel had to offer.

Great multi-functional staff. This hotel operates with two employees that work very hard managing the reception and provide breakfast for many guests. Good breakfast. This hotel is simple but very clean and well maintained. Free parking on premises is very convenient. Perfect for a pitstop. Thank you.

Room was just like the photos. Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our first stay in a hotel in France, just learning French, was a bit apprehensive about staying in a hotel and interacting when my French is terrible, but the reception was very nice and between my French and her English we made it without Google translate. Great hotel. Checkout was a breeze as well.

Perfect location for us to explore Anglet and Biarritz . Lovely restaurants by the hotel at affordable prices . Convenient bus service into Biarritz but we walked and found that enjoyable too . Friendly and helpful staff and hotel has all the amenities you need .

The location is in a quiet area just off the main RN810 between biarritz and Bayonne, in Anglet. The hotel is very newly-built and, for a budget hotel, well equipped and modern. The breakfast, a self-serve buffet type breakfast, is generous and complete but very much "package" food, except for fresh croissants and cake. Hot drinks from a coffee machine similar to airport lounges. Our twin-bedded room was modern, clean but tiny. Excellent free off-street parking. Very helpful reception and staff.

Our room was tiny with a tiny en-suite shower room with wc. I believe other rooms are larger. We had no closed storage cupboard, only an open shelf and rail system.

Convenient for buses in to Biarritz and Bayonne. Plenty of free parking around.

The room was very small for two people for more than one night. A large extension is being built at the back and although they were working on the other side our room overlooked their parking and storage. A bit noisy from 8 am onwards.

It was a nice room in a very well run hotel. In the USA we would call this a motel. Free parking. In a perfect world, I would’ve liked to be closer to the center, but that is not possible at this price.

Easy to find, very comfortable bed, small bathroom but everything we needed. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. Lots of free parking. We went into Biarritz on the bus/tram, very easy and the bus stop is very near to the hotel. Lots of restaurants near too. 10 mins from airport.

It was easy to check in to late at night. We got clear instructions. The room was clean and fitted our family well. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. We enjoyed the breakfast.

Good place to explore the area of Biarritz and Bayonne - Bayonne is closer and also the nicer city. The hotel has parking included, so with a own car it has a perfect location to explore both cities or the region. The room was clean and there have been no specific negative issues.
