The pool, great breakfast, Free parking ......

Room very dated, awful sheets and nylon protector which moved all over the place and exposed the protector, it made you hot, sweaty (in full summer heat ) and just very un 4 star like, single toilet like a 1990's motorway cubicle, very unappealing, its a shame, because the hotel lobby, dining area, and spa is very good, but rooms just don't match it. Staff were friendly and helpful and courteous, but the extremely loud exercise routine and euro pop around the pool each afternoon is frustrating and annoying, yes do exercise, but do you really need that music that loud ? ........

The staff were very helpful and happy to deal with our requests. The hotel is close to Biarritz airport and provides a shuttle bus service as required, which was very helpful early in the morning.

If you are travelling through Biarritz airport, the hotel is not very close to the town centre. However, this did not trouble us as we enjoyed an interesting walk to get there (about 50 minutes).

The Staff made this trip extra special! All incredibly courteous and helpful! We would especially like to extend our thanks and praise to Florine on reception who went “ above and beyond” to help me retrieve my mobile phone which I left in a city taxi and Martin who ran the bar for his welcoming manner and informative suggestions about the local area! I don’t normally post reviews, however on this occasion l, I really hope the excellent service we experienced encourages others to stay & that the management of the hotel recognise these staff members and pass our thanks on! They are a credit to your hotel! 👏

Clean, good sized rooms, incredibly helpful staff members as stated above!

All very clean, friendly staff, good facilities. Would stay there again with pleasure.

Satellite TV would be good with more choices apart from French channels. Lack of vegetarian meal choices ( common problem in France). Staff is very willing to remove meat from existing meals, which, although thoughtful, is not really the point!

The breakfast was amazing! The staff very kind and helpful. The hotel is located in an area where it is very easy to catch the bus anywhere

The beds were not very comfortable, the hotel is a bit outdated, but it was very clean so that, the friendly staff and amazing breakfast made up for it.

We had the most amazing room at the end of the hall with windows we could open and overlooked a forested area. Listened to the rain it was great !

Menu in restaurant was a little lacking but, that was okay . We had been eating nonstop in France and Spain for almost 3 weeks .

Friendly staff. Very good breakfast (20€/p >16yrs). Nice pool.

The sofa (extra bed) was not confortable for sleeping. The location is as announced but a bit far from the beach (if you don't have car).

Staff were super friendly with great English and humoured me with my French ! Lovely rooms. Dog friendly and we’re welcome in bar and restaurant if well behaved. Very easy to find as on main road.

Limited dinner menu but ok.

We like Novotel hotels for their comfortable beds, good size rooms and fine restaurant. This one was no exception. It's in a quiet suburb within easy reach of the main road network. Easy on-site parking and a fine breakfast before our departure. We didn't have time to make use of the swimming pool, unfortunately. It looked very nice from our room window.

The room was perfect and as expected, we did not use the Breakfast or the pool.

The area is quiet and has easy access to everything, as long as you have transport
