Room was fine and location very convenient for an early flight. Friendly welcome at reception and we were able to check in ahead of time, which was very helpful. Receptionist spoke excellent English but was supportive with my attempts at practising my French. Excellent buffet breakfast served from 5:30 am with good quality and choices of food and drinks. A 10 minute walk to the airport removed any stress about getting there on time.

Initially we had trouble working out where the entrance was and ended up the wrong end of the car park. There is no lift, which might be a problem for some. Building is not the most beautiful, but rooms were fine.

The hotel is very well located within a short walk of Biarritz airport. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is a decent restaurant and bar, plus an attractive outside garden area (more for summer of course). My room was a decent size and the bed very comfortable. An excellent place to stay before or after a flight to/from Biarritz airport.

There should be better signage between the airport terminal/bus drop-off area and the hotel. It is only a six or seven minute walk, but I approached in the dark while it was raining. There is no continuous pavement and finding the entrance to the hotel is not easy in the dark. It was an amusing adventure, but after a lengthy bus ride to the airport I could have done without that.

The location was superb for our needs. WE had to get a bus the following morning from the airport, and the hotel was only 5 minutes walk away. The staff were most pleasant to deal with, and were very helpful with helping us have a wonderful stay. We ate dinner and breakfast there, and both were very good as well.

Everything...room clean , bed comfortable, very dog friendly. Excellent restaurant...dinner was superb and the breakfast was plentiful with something for everyone. Parking , electric car chargers....Could not fault this hotel and will definitely use it again on our journey to and from Spain. Value for money.

There wasn't anything to dislike or complain about

The room was a good size and the en-suite was massive. We arrived five minutes after the kitchen had technically closed but they were still willing to serve us dinner. The staff were all excellent.

The bed was hard and we were supplied with coffee pods and a kettle 🤔. The eating area is a little bit too much like a MacDonalds.

The bed, pillows and quilt covering were all very comfortable. The room was quiet and I was able to sleep well. The lady on reception and the staff in the restaurant/bar were helpful and friendly. The restaurant/bar area and terrace were attractive, particularly the large terrace surrounded by shrubs and trees (a proper haven given the hotel's location near the airport and surrounding roads).

I arrived at the hotel as a pedestrian, from the Biarritz Airport bus stop. The bus stop is only eight minutes' walk or so from the hotel, but there is no sign for the hotel. I needed to use Google Maps to find my way. That was not a problem, but some people might find it a challenge. Better signs for pedestrians would be a help. I expect that most hotel guests arrive by car, but there must be some other pedestrians as well.

The food in the restaurant was delicious, the staff were very helpful and freindly. I was using crutches due to a foot injury so I needed to stay near the airport. The location was perfect for me and everything was accessible.

It would have been great to have some bottled water in the room, but this was a small issue. Overall, this was excellent value for money on our brief stay. We really enjoyed.

The hotel was really close to the airport and was very clean. The atmosphere was nice and it felt safe. The room had most things we could need, including a nespresso machine. The staff were friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage before our flight.

It was quite far from town but there were regular buses and the walk, although approx 30+ mins, was all downhill.

First of all, after booking the accommodation I enquired how to get there. They send me an email explaining exactly which bus I have to take and where to get off. Once I had arrived they explained everything in English and were really nice and welcoming. The room even had a small kettle, which is not to be taken for granted, as a lot of hotels in Europe don't offer that. It was very clean and comfy. I didn't use the tv, but it had one. It had an AC as well. The bus number 36 goes directly to the city centre. It is only a 5 min walk to the airport.

Nothing that I can think off

We had stayed at this hotel before and the experience was great again. Very close to the airport (5 mins walk) and bus stops to the centre and to other nearby towns. The room is a bit small but the bed is comfy and the bathroom is clean and works well. Breakfast is fantastic and starts very early to facilitate early travelling. Staff were very nice and attentive and they let us check in a bit earlier than normal hours. We recommend 100% and will come back for sure
