Our room was very large, clean and comfortable... The included breakfast was traditional Mexican and very good ... We opted to include the waterpark in our stay and had a great time splashing around with a lot of local families who were enjoying their vacation time there as well... Our flight left late in the evening and we were able to check our bags in storage and remain at the property, enjoying a full day in the sun at the waterpark up until the last moment before we hopped in an Uber and went to the airport... Also, the bus stopped directly in front of the hotel (heading south towards PVR) so that was cool because we had taken the local bus from Lo de Marcos and had our bags with us... We could have easily taken the bus to the airport as well if we had wanted to...🥰❤️🥰

I did not love all the signage everywhere about all the various rules we were meant to follow... It felt a little like we were under constant supervision, but I'm sure they have their reasons for the signs... Someone in the past must have ruined it for the rest of us... 😘❤️😆

Wi-Fi was strong and secure. The room was spacious and clean with a balcony facing the water park. The shade for the patio door to the balcony was a true black-out shade. The waterpark on site is worth its weight in gold; we spent many hours there so the booking that included access was well worth it. The food offered at the splash park was better than the food offered at the hotel restaurant. Additionally, there is a bus stop conveniently located immediately outside the property. The staff is friendly and efficient. Some staff there speak English, however, none of the front desk staff (at the time) knew English. Google Translate was helpful here!

Though breakfast was included, my daughter and I only went the first morning. It was more than expected, but not great tasting. We only ate at the restaurant once because though affordable it just was not good. It is lacking in quality and taste. There is not much nearby for shopping or sightseeing so be prepared to use the buses, taxis, or Uber.

We wanted to be closer to the airport and this hotel was in a good location. We chose an inexpensive room (1 night only) and it was what we paid for - very basic. The only windows were above the door and so the room was dark. We kept the door open while in the room to get more light in. There is a pool and breakfast included - good value for money! I'm sure the rooms on upper floors would be much nicer! There was a small fridge in the room and flat screen TV. Internet was great! Service at front desk was very helpful. Location was good for getting the bus and the overpass was right there to get to the other side of the highway (for the other direction).

Nicer/newer towels in bathroom. I didn't really want to use them. We didn't realize that there was a separate pool with lounge chairs at the back - we went to the Splash park by mistake to read and relax and there was nowhere to sit. Only found the other pool the next morning before leaving. The comforter on the bed was old - updating the comforter would make the room look fresher and newer. Bed was comfortable.

It was an awesome place and would highly recommend it. Close to the airport and the free breakfast was good. The kids loved the water park and so did my wife and I. The people were very friendly and Rene was awesome too. Thanks Rene for making our stay a good one.

It's a great vacation spot if u have kids my daughter loves everything about it. The shows are really nice the pools are great.

The staff were so great, friendly and helpful. The water park was a big hit with my daughter who swam with the dolphins. Great experience

Rooms.on the East side of the building are noisy, with staff, guests and the highway passing nearby. Ask for a room on the other side of the building (poolside).

The park was a few feet away from the rooms. The kids enjoyed the pools and shows at the water park. The experience with the seals was great. The kids could not ride the waterslides due to age.

The water in the pools was cold.
