Your requests for prepayment via an OpenPay link to hold a reservation are very frustrating. I tried 3 different links sent to me via What's App and also via email and had no luck. On each of the 3 links I tried 3 different credit cards (Visa, Master Card and AMEX) and received an error message every time. My Spanish is not very good, and I am hard of hearing, so after going back and forth over a two day period, I was on the verge of canceling and trying a different hotel. Fortunately the person on your staff was very patient and she agreed to forgo the prepayment requirement and hold the reservation for me until 8pm on the check-in date..

My wife and I are in our seventies and on booking I had requested a quiet room. Although the Hotel is located on a very busy road, our junior suite was very quiet. It was very clean and the hot water supply was excellent. For us the location was perfect. The Inn is located half way between the airport (an easy ten minute walk) and the Primera bus station (another 10 minutes ) in the morning.

Breakfast could have had a bit more Variety. what was there, scrambled eggs, frioles, and pinas was fine. There may have been more variety earlier, but we slept so well, that we just made the ten clock deadline. The coffee was good.

Convenient location, clean room, interesting concept—to use cargo containers to construct a hotel! Very cool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was VERY good.

I was given a room with 2 twin beds…it was extremely narrow. I’m a petite woman and could barely squeeze around to walk. There was no balcony making it feel even smaller and cramped. My sink didn’t drain, bedside lamp barely worked, and AC unit was installed very high up above the bathroom door…condensation dripped from it and made a mess on the floor causing a slip hazard. When I arrived, the AC had not been turned on. My room was 86°—it cooled down fairly quickly after I figure out how to operate the unit. Considering the price per night, these are minor issues.

The front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were all very nice, helpful, and friendly. The standard room is very, very small but it was very clean and sufficient for a one night stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The sheets and towels were white (clean) and in good condition. The shower had good availability of hot water and good water pressure. The buffet breakfast was a pleasant surprise, as it offered more options than we expected and provided something for every taste, both a good selection of hot and cold foods. The common areas of the hotel are very clean and well maintained, and provide several pleasant patio areas to sit and relax. Check in and check out were good. It is easy to take an Uber or a bus to and from the hotel.

As all hotels along this main road in Puerto Vallarta, they are affected by traffic noise.

Conveniently located close to airport and right on the 200. Perfect after a late flight or before an early flight. We just walked from the airport (15 min). It was interesting to see the architechture of the place built out of sea cans and there are a couple cool terasses on the roof. The place is fairly new and in good condition with a modern style. Bed was super comfy. Air conditioning was great. Breakfast in the morning was a good mexican style breakfast.

Being right off the 200, there was constant traffic noise, night & day. Our room was in the front of the building, so we didn't sleep too well because of the noise. The balconies look great, but they are not really enjoyable because they give right on the busy street. The view kind of gives on construction sites. Location is convenient for the airport, but I would not stay more than 1 night as it's not really an area to enjoy and relax. There are not many restaurants around and it's a bit in an industrial area.

Our room was very clean and comfortable and exactly right for our purposes. Proximity to the airport and the central bus station is important to us, and the included breakfast was perfect! All of that, combined with easy Uber access and Tacos de Carnitas y Mariscos "Los Primos" just around the corner, makes our comings and goings very simple. Now that we have discovered the Container Inn, we expect to use it at least a couple of times a year.

It was clean and comfortable. The Wi-fi, especially in the community space on the roof, worked really well.

I wish they would have offered more food options on site because there isn't much nearby. They offered a buffet breakfast but for lunch and dinner, you'd have to walk quite far or take a bus to find a restaurant and they don't really offer meals or food on site. They have some lite snacks but you can't make a meal of those. So, just offering more food options for those without a car that don't want to go on a half hour to an hour expedition for each meal.

Very helpful and friendly staff, good Mexican breakfast included, nice room with good AC, comfortable bed. The hotel is very close to the airport. We ate street tacos at a place that was a 4 minute walk from the hotel. Really fun.

Not sure I have anything to change. I would return here again. This was my second stay.

It’s a very cool idea. I just had to go sleep in a sea-can. The roof top was magnificent; lounge chairs indoor and outdoor. Despite it’s location to the airport, the sound was only heard momentarily from the roof top. The free breakfast was mainly traditional local food which was delicious. For those that need their Fruitloops, they had those too. I had a positive experience over all. Thanks to all who made that possible.

There was an odd ‘pump’ sound? It came on frequently but was better when I closed the bathroom door. Also, I love walking and leaving the Inn set me either on the overly fast dangerous highway or the back streets. When I discovered the back way, I did end up using the back streets as it was quiet and liked how friendly the locals were. A bit dusty in parts. Unfortunately this site would not let me upload my pics.

Its very close to airport, if you need to catch a morning flight and dont want to get stuck in traffic, literally 4 min away. The hot breakfast really hit the spot and let us forget some small flaws like smelly bathrooms and noisy rooms if facing the road. Great water pressure in bathroom

Quite noisy if facing the road. The room has a lock that could be easily opened from outside, but management changed our room to another one, which is nice from them.
