We needed a one night stay when traveling to Guadalajara. The hotel was clean and comfortable and very close to the airport. It is walkable however I have a disability and was unable to do so.

The breakfast room was very busy and there was not enough food available. A young sports team was staying at the hotel and the boys devoured the food. There was not even bread for toast. I had checked before arriving to determine the availability of a shuttle to the airport. I was told it would be available. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the front desk staff told us the shuttle did not run on Sundays which seems odd as planes still fly and people still travel on Sundays!! So we took an Uber to the airport and had our breakfast there.

This is a great place conveniently located close to the airport. We arrived a day early before checking into our main stay, and this spot was perfect. The proximity to the airport was a major plus, and the staff was very welcoming. In the morning, there was a simple breakfast provided, served by an attentive staff. It was an ideal place to relax after a long day of travel with a good hot shower and comfortable bed. I noticed some reviews mentioning that the hotel is within walking distance of the airport. However, with several pieces of luggage, walking was not a feasible option for us. The taxi ride cost $21 USD, though this was after some negotiation. It is recommended to get peso's at the airport. The taxi and comfort inn requested it (we needed more coffee in our room).

Great location for the airport and marina. Walking distance to the airport, it was faster to walk then to bus because of traffic! Close to lots of good food, authetic mexican, chinese, grocery store, mc donalds lol right in the mall next door. Helpful staff, they stored our bags safely, gave 2 bottles of water every day and had tons of water refill machines. Food at the continental breakfast was good. Beds were comfy. Shower was good. Ac worked really well. Decent pool area. Room was spacious. Close to buses going south. Fair price compared to some of the other places.

Soundproofing was really bad, we could hear someone playing music in their bathroom early every morning. Ice machine leaked into the hallway (slippery!) and there was no scoop for it which was gross. The service at the continental breakfast was lacking, had to sit at a dirty table. No fridge.

The breakfast met our expectations and was enjoyed. Comfort Inn wifi worked reliably; no complaints. Bathroom and related utilities worked acceptably well. Above all, the building was quiet at night - in spite of hallways having hard, reflective surfaces - which enables us to sleep well. Within walking distance of the airport for those who don't have much to carry. (best to confirm this on a map app).

Only two drawbacks. First, we were assured in writing before arrival that the the two separate bookings we made for consecutive nights could indeed be rolled together such that we wouldn't have to change rooms. On arrival at the hotel however, the front desk staff saw no mention of that and initially could not guarantee that would work. (though ultimately it did, thanks to helpful staff, especially martin and "heyder" (sp).) Secondly, the safe in our room was clean and would have been satisfactory but did not work. Possibly a dead battery.

The cook for the breakfast was amazing. The fruit was set out in single serve size bowls but only one type fruit per bowl. I asked the staff if was possible to get a mixed fruit bowl she immediately made a special one for me. I was only having fruit for breakfast so it really did make mine better. They were very friendly. When I left a small tip in appreciation they were very thankful and gracious. The front staff was excellent, different employees for different reasons. All professional and curtious.

My stay was enjoyable. One suggestion. There is a sign in the room to request pool towels at the front desk. When I went down ready for the pool I was told I needed identification to be kept until I returned. I had to return to the room to get it and return. I do not see an issue with the process other than I suggest to add that identification will be required to the towel sign in the room. There are a lot of older customers utilizing the hotel and a trip may be an inconvenience for them. For me the staff was great so it really didn’t bother me that much.

Room is spacious and very comfortable. Close to the airport and we were able to walk to the airport. Close to Marina for sightseeing and dining. Nice pool and courtyard area. Breakfast is a nice touch!

hotel was under construction and very noisy during our stay, but this was not too bad other than we were not able to sit outside on the patio and have breakfast. Hopefully the improvements make our stays in the future even more enjoyable.

Quiet , comfortable , clean room . Nice bed

Not a perfect location for visiting P V , as five or six miles out of town . However , there are plenty of facilities ( restaurants , shops , bars etc ) within walking distance from the hotel . Also a regular bus service to down town and a nice beach around back .

The breakfast was delicious, there were many options to choose from . The only thing missing was chilaquiles which are my favorite breakfast. I love the location which is close to the airport , Marina , and a shopping Plaza with my favorite tiny Chinese restaurant . Staff were all professional and very helpful .I have stayed at the Comfort inn many times and I love it

We arrived early and our rooms were not available, we were told this when we booked so all good. we went out to the pool and waited for our room. I was told to check back in 20 minutes and sure enough our room was ready. Pool was a great place to relax and the location was perfect to take in the sights & dining along the Marina. the proximity to the airport was great for the following morning to catch our flight home.

We requested a early check in but hotel was not able to accomidate.
