We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were incredibly nice and attentive, specially our favorite waiter Alvaro. The beds were extremely comfortable, firm yet soft!

We only had some issues with our tv (TVs are old and the HDMI ports were not working), the wifi was mostly stable.

Location on the beachfront between airport & central district. Social center (Nitro) across the street for programs & “nightclub”. Nice grocery store about 5 minutes walk; WalMart 15 minutes by foot. Costco about 10 minutes by car. Varied activities calendar. Theme restaurants for evening dining; buffets for all meals, too. Some staff exceptional; others only interested in tips. Oscar @ reception appears intelligent & intuitive. Variety of rooms from older to more modern, ocean-front to facing tennis court. Events every evening. Fridge in room w/ drinks, refreshed on request. I enjoy using the kayaks supplied. Occasional nature lectures in the evening.

This was the first of the 5 times I have stayed here that I booked w/ Booking.com: the rest have been packages with airline vacation plans. Certainly the check-in was less cordial, and although my “Genius” status was acknowledged with an “upgrade” to ocean-facing, my booking had been for a king bed, but I got two double beds. This visit I found staff in dining area less attentive than other visits. The “all-inclusive” does not extend to tipping, and you’ll go through $5-$10 per day for waiters, bellmen, bartenders…

it was difficult to find lounge chairs without towels on them buffet food was ok seating in different areas was dirty/stained shower water didn’t drain properly reception didn’t tell us anything about what the property had to offer. We didn’t know about the rooftop pool until the day before we left. could use some shows should offer lessons in dancing, cooking, pottery etc.

Beachfront all inclusive, adults-only resort. Staff were friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Daniel for all his assistance. We found this a stress-free way to bookend our visit to Mexico. Food at the a la carte restaurants were decent, with our favorite being Los Gallos.

Poor filtration and maintenance of the rooftop pool. The water was nasty by the time the afternoon rolled around. The main spotlights in the pool were not attached to the pool and were lying on the bottom with their wires trailing. We weren't impressed with the views out of our upgraded Jacuzzi room. The view was mainly of a warehouse/club.

Loved the room and property ..

They didn’t stop people from smoking and still allowed smoking on the beach.

Okay so first off let me say my boy Daniel (Danny) I believe his name was. He was the bell guy who helped me finish my booking from the start. Damn this guy hands down made my stay worth it. Besides all mix reviews I am glad I chose this place at the end. I stayed here from June 26-July 1st. I stayed at the golden crown paradise the adult only. As soon as I arrive to the hotel I immediately received a welcome the guy grabbed my girlfriend bags first which was polite and my bag and took us straight to the front I probably cut through 20 people lol. But besides that the process was easy 20!minutes overall from the entrance to my room.!Daniel carried our bags and we had a new model room but with the city view. You know every girl wants that amazing Oceanside view but I am glad we got the city view because the days that it rain it was a god damn amazing view. Thunder over the mountains type of night. The first day we arrived around 430 and was free to roam the place around 5pm. They made us a reservation in one of the restaurants for the night. And started our night with mojitos. The room was icy cold every single night we were in we had no issues with the room whatsoever the only thing I would say is not enough bathroom privacy you will I repeat you will break that ice of farting next to your partner on those killer gas ahaha. So room I’ll rate that a solid 9.5 just for the bathroom part. The restaurants absolutely amazing. Try more than one food. So the whole issue with getting up early and making your reservation by 9am honestly was no issues with us. I was making reservations for different restaurants at different times. Maybe because they weren’t full. But to reserve a spot at a restaurant was easy for me as well. I enjoyed that they had different bars throughout the hotel so whichever area we were at I had a mojito next to me. So service on drinks were good too.

Sometimes calling front desk is impossible to reach. Only people that answer was room service 😂 At any time.

It was good, we had a nice time. It was very easy to arrive from the bus station by taxi. The food in the restaurant had limited options but we went to the hotel for families and it was way better! So if you fancy more variety of food go to the other hotel that is next to it. The night shows were nice and also the drinks. I loved the casino night! We went to the marietas island trip on our check out day and they let us kept our bracelet so we could eat after our return. That was very nice! 👍

Food in the adults’s hotel needs more variety, although is very small compared to the others.

The location is great. It’s close to the marina which is the starting point of some excursions. There’s also a flea market close to it. . We had an amazing view from our room. The night shows are great. The buffet restaurant is great and the staff working there at are so kind and accommodating. They are working so hard .

We booked an ocean view deluxe room. We were there for our anniversary but they placed us in a double bed room . I requested for a room with a king size bed but no room available . There are restaurants but you still need to book early in the morning. The dessert bar is full of bees. Our room is so stinky it’s coming from the bathroom. It smells like sewage.

I loved everything about this hotel! The staff the food! The pools .. The rooftop infinity pool was amazing.!! It was pretty remarkable to watch the sunset from up there!! Both pools were super warm!! Loved it! We loved the foam party on Saturday!! I also loved that it wasn't a huge resort and everything was close by .. the Lobby, the buffet, the pools etc!! The staff at the front desk was accommodating and friendly ..solved any request we had. The entertainment staff was super fun and vibrant! We had an AMAZING time on our stay .. I'll definitely come back here next visit to beautiful Puerto Vallarta!!

It needs a facelift! It’s old and needs much needed attention for the price I paid. The food was just ok. The air conditioning didn’t work and the fan fell out of the bathroom shower. Pillows and bed are just so so. No coffee pot and to get food or coffee you need to wait until 7 am.
