The personnel is very attentive and kind to customers. The facilities were also in good shape.

In the reception there are some vacationing club plan sellers who may insist too much about joining the club. They charged me 100MXN to participate in a tour through the facilities and a breakfast. The hotel personnel was not able to give me more information about the vacationing club so there was some disconnection between both teams. At the end I lost my 100MXN and was left with a feeling of being scammed. Probably they should not try selling the vacationing plans to customers who already have a reservation and already payed for being in the hotel. If one pays for all-inclusive packages, it results annoying to have people in the hotel trying to get more money out of such customers.

customer service was great! Paula cleaned our room and she was great! she was able to schedule the cleaning of our bedroom at times when my baby wasn't taking a nap. Daniel at the pool was great! He knew exactly what we wanted as soon as we would get to the pool. All staff was very friendly and provided great customer service. The food was delicious!

The hotel is a little bit dated, please put more than one towel hangers in the bathroom.

The Hacienda Adults Only pools were quiet and lush. We liked the bigger one and swim up bar. There are lots of pool lounger chairs and umbrellas. All the staff gave top-notch service. Food quality was really good at all the a la carte restaurants and buffets. French was our favorite. We loved the lamb chops in red wine reduction. The Asian and Mexican theme nights at the main buffet were done well. There were both inside and outside seating there. The rooftop bar above the Mexican Restaurant was our favorite pub but wasn't open some nights.. There is also a rooftop sushi day bar overlooking the ocean with an infinity pool that had the best view of the bay. The nightly entertainment shows were all excellent. There was an acrobatic show above the pool with a fire show, traditional Mexican dancing, a Michael Jackson show, and an outside carnival style games night. The room was large and well appointed, with a large fan above bed with a wall switch and quiet air conditioning. Big tv, a safe, a stocked mini bar, table and chairs, and a reading lounger chair. Great shower area and tub. Nice balcony with big chairs.. We tipped housekeeping daily and had excellent service.This hotel really aims to please. We were impressed and will probably stay again.

Double beds were a bit on the firm side. Some higher end liquors were not available, such as Grand Marnier. However, they did have most to satisfy, such as 3 different beers, Baileys, higher end tequilas, whiskies, scotches, Bacardi, and Appleton's Rum, which we liked. Pool loungers mesh covering are getting a bit worn out on Hacienda side.

Lots of variety for Breakfast! The hosts were awesome and so friendly.

That the games they played at the pool were all in Spanish were all in Spanish. I felt it excluded a lot of people who otherwise might have liked to play. Same with Bingo I had to ask the girl to do it in English.

The whole place is great, we stayed at the “La hacienda” area, which is only for adults, it’s fancier and the staff is better.

As I said before it is “adults only” but we saw kids in this area which was kind of confusing.

The hospitality was amazing. The food was very good. We stayed in the Hacienda and it was very relaxing The pool was excellent . The entertainment was good,especially Mexican Night, Caribbean Night, and Michael Jackson Show. If anything wasn't quite right the staff was quick to respond. Overall it was a great experience and very enjoyable!

All the bars weren't open in the evening which was annoying. The Lobby Bar, which was always open was exposed to the wind which was sometimes cold wasn't a pleasant experience. The beds in the Hacienda were supposed to be queen size but were only doubles I don't think the maid swept our floor and didn't change the bedding for almost a week.

Everything about the resort either met or exceeded my expectations. Clean rooms and areas, food was excellent, staff was patient and helpful.

The resort, like many, does not have as much of an authentic atmosphere as I would like to see. I am in Mexico and I want to know that I am in Mexico. When sitting at the pool bar we played some mariachi and banda music on a speaker we had brought and spirits seemed to lift all around giving a more authentic feel to the location. We were asked to put the speaker away however. Although I understand the reasoning for doing so, I would have liked to have had the resort itself provide a more authentic experience. Also - not as much top shelf liquor as I would have liked. Some good options but not many.

Great location in PV but so many food options within the resort, we didn’t feel the need to leave the resort property often. All the staff was extremely helpful and attentive from the Manager Salvador to the housekeepers to Jaun V who kept us stocked with drinks by the pools. Mexican and mediterranean restaurants were our favorites. Couples massage was great too

We shouldn’t have left the door open from our personal swim out pool to our room that let the mosquitoes in, just bring some mosquito spray.

Resort was very nice and clean. Staff went above and beyond to meet our needs for a friend's bachelorette party. Buffet was good, restaurants were excellent. Pool facilities were very clean and towels were always available.

The pool water in all pools got very warm from the sun in the late morning and afternoon, almost like a hot tub. Would have liked the pool to be cooled when it is already hot outside. In addition, more umbrellas by the pool seating would be nice.

We stayed in the adult only section called the Hacienda and I really liked the pool and the rooms were beautiful. it is a small property so easy to figure out quickly and easily walkable.

It seemed like some of the food and bar options were closed but it wasn’t mentioned that they were so we’d walk to them to find out that they weren’t doing the pizza place right now or the sky bar is under construction.
