It was easy to check in and service was excellent. Los Tules is a wonderful place and the unit is in a good location. It could be excellent except for the following comments on updating.

The villa needs to be remodeled, especially the bathrooms and kitchen. they have the original tubs, showers and toilets that were put in 50 years ago. The stove has serious corrosion on the side. We had to call in a plumber to fix the sink faucet upstairs. they came quickly but there was water seeping all over the counter top.. The TV reception was on and off again especially in the evening when we wanted to watch it.

Apartment was great, clean and plenty big for all of us. Location was lovely. Quiet but also an easy uber to everything. Pools were all super kids friendly

Restaurant was a little pricy, market onsite was limited, but there was a large supermarket across the road.

Location was excellent. The beach and pools were wonderful. The restaurant was great.

No umbrellas around the pools, could also use more umbrellas on the beach for the size of the facility. Our room was advertised to have a mini bar and it didn’t have one. Just received one bottle of water. Had coffee for one day and was refused any more. Room didn’t have a balcony, make sure to choose one that has one! We requested an upgrade and we were laughed at.

The entire property was beautiful and exactly what I was expecting for my short vacation. It had a private beach and I felt very secure with round the clock security. The room was beautiful and clean however on my last day there was a problem with the plumbing so the shower wouldn’t fully turn off and the bathroom in general had an awful smell. I was out of the room so I didn’t have to deal with it too much but the cleaning lady said she would let maintenance know but by the time I returned it was still not resolved. Not a big deal because it was my last night but still inconvenient whenever I had to use the bathroom/brush teeth etc. the restaurant staff was lovely and the pools were amazing and relaxing. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

The maintenance should’ve fixed the shower in a more timely matter. Other than that I had no complaints.

located in the hotel zone, the beach by the hotel is not as busy, which is great for us a shopping mall across the street from the hotel with all the necessities nice hotel grounds with several pools and a restaurant, kids can get noisy late in the afternoon

i just wish the description of rooms can be done better. we booked an apartment for 5, which comes with ocean view as a part of it. the one we had was on the ground floor, tugged inside, with a puny sight of ocean between buildings in front of us, in distance. at least that's not my idea of ocean view. it's a big compound with many buildings, a map indicating the locations of rooms will definitely help. if you want that "ocean front" ocean view or "overlooking the ocean" one, you need to ask many questions before you book.

Restaurant food is very good, Breakfast lunch and dinner huevos divorciados with chilaquiles were great 😊 💯 % family and very Comfortable,3 bed and 3 bathrooms beach view suite also grocery stores inside the location.

The hotel does not have a laundry-designed area but the receptionist sent someone to pick up my clothes and bring them the next day, another observation was the hotel has only one restaurant and is open 8- 10:00 pm 👎 so the bar is closed very early

Great location. Walking distance to grocery, convenience store, local restaurants. Bus stop directly across the street for cheap ride to Zona Romantica. On one side of the building the trees are filled with iguanas and turtles. The garden is so beautiful and lush, felt very well maintained. Staff came promptly to help with the safe and wifi connections.

Patio doors don’t lock from the outside. A minor inconvenience but walking around the entire building coming from the pool or beach was a minor inconvenience. First world problems, I know. Also the patios are not private. Our patio mates were great but we felt a little self conscious . Over all still a wonderful vacation.

This hotel consists of several buildings each with 3 floors ( no elevator for upper ones. We had a studio good size for two people. The room has a comfortable king bed , closet with safe and iron with board but no hair dryer. There is sitting area and kitchen that has fridge, stove, toaster, microwave, coffee maker with filter, blender , lots of pans, plates , cups and utensils. The property is big and nice but needs lots of work snd maintenance . There are 6 swimming pools and 3 entrances to the beach .The location of the hotel is close to everything . There is plaza caracol across the street where you can find restaurants and soriana grocery shop. Also bus stop to go to the marina or to the centre of the city. The staff were friendly and helpfull.

The property is old which I usually don’t mind but it needs lots of work and maintenance. The steps to our building was missing one that we had to jump over to next step each time we go in and out of the building after few days they put blocks instead of the missing step. The hand rail to hold while stepping up and down was broken. There were lots if digging around the property which looks like they are changing the pipes but all left open also some holes here and there covered with wood boards so these really affect the property shape. The beach is full with stones that was hard to walk on it without shoes. Also the waves were always strong and hard to swim in it. There were lots of mosquitoes once we open the room door they get in , we had to use Raid .

We LOVE Los Tules and have been there many times. My favorite place in PV. It is so quiet and peaceful. The restaurant is very good and we like not having to get up at the crack of dawn to get a pool chair. It feels like I'm really in Mexico.

Our only complaint. This was the first time we had a room rather than an apartment. The small fridge didn't make ice and there was no where to get ice.

Really nice property with all amenities that we needed, including pickleball courts! Nice pools, green areas, good restaurant on site, beautiful beach. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

I’d recommend not booking an economy room, but an upgraded one if available as you may be a bit disappointed with the location, size and lack of outdoor space of the economy room.
