Easy access to pools and beach. Property is very well kept. Very relaxing. Restaurants staff very helpful and friendly. Great location .
Blankets and pillows were soiled. Was under the impression there would be more kitchen facilities. No toaster, bowls or proper cutlery. After bringing it to to attention it was quickly resolved.

Located on a perfect spot, very private, because it’s a gated community, yet everything is so conveniently close by, grocery stores, pharmacy, even Costco is closed by.

The location was perfect for me as I had family also staying on site. It is a wonderful oasis in the Hotel Zone of Puerto Vallarta. Close to a grocery store and the bus stop was just outside of the site which made getting downtown easy.

Great premises, very pleasant for walking around. Close to the beach. 8 swimming pools, always clean. Good location for a family get away.
The personnel at the reception don't seem to be very qualified, didn't know what an invoice is...

our favoriate place in PV. gorgious grounds. heated pool. nice tenis courts. no resort fees.
place has a rip off company. royal vacations. selling time share points. our 90 min presenation went on for 2 1/2 hrs before we walked out. we never got our gift for listening to a stupid sales pitch. the next day when we asked Igor about our insentive gift he gave us the bums rush. beware!!!

I was given the wrong keys and took multiple trips to figure out the correct keys there was a lot of confusion in the front desk with regard to the property i was supposed to be given.

The place is very nice, near the beach and numerous of pools. You can see the best sunset from there. The restaurant is pretty good.
The photo of the Room make you feel it's super big and modern which is not. We were a bit disapointed by that, Room is pretty small and old. But its clean!

having people in our rooms at check in, that was a bummer, front desk not much help
