The service is good. Traveled with 4yo boy . This is a basic family resort. Personal was good. We love immersion with local but the place is almost full everyday. Local coming in everyday with bus , that means long line up at the buffet ( don’t worry, it only takes max 8mn before being seated) but with the food, this is good because buffet is new every meal ( fresh and never repeat) for the price, this is a very good value.

Most of the time its busy but people are very nice. We like immersion with the local.

Friendly staff, good options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Excellent options for a coffee and tea room; delicious soft and alcohol drinks available. The location of the hotel is great, close to the beach and the city centre.

The bath tub was very old, cracked and looked dirty. I couldn't have a different room due to the full occupancy at the hotel. Also the white curtains in the sliding door had many stains on it making it look old and dirty. The wardrobe doors were very old and damaged the same as the bedside lamps. The telephone to call the reception did not have buttons to press and the A/C unit was not warming, only the cold air worked properly. A negative experience lived at the breakfast room on our last day, one of the waiters at the breakfast time did not provide me with an order of tortillas I requested him for my breakfast, after finishing my breakfast I told him I no longer need the tortillas, his unprofessional attitude towards my request was nothing but less than careless.

The staffs at the hot pool beach never came to us asking for drinks or snacks but did pass by other guys and served them well.. it really made us feel so uncomfortable and uneasy. the same goes with the speciality restaurant the waiter was so much in a hurry that he didnt even allow us time to see n choose from the menu, before we finish our main course or half way done our dessert was already served , he just left the dessert and went.. we wish we didnt have gone there to spoil our evening experience

The value for money was great! The staff was very nice and took care of us.

We had a small issue with a visitor we invited on a day pass. He was hassled about his scooter he needs because he has MS and can't walk very well, and it was a little maddening. I was told it was no problem to bring his electric scooter to the pool by the front desk But then the life guard and a manager type person were a bit mean to him. It was all worked out later, but still, I wasn't pleased with the whole situation. It would have also been nice to have a fridge in the room, but that was minor, in my opinion.

The check in process.was terrible because the name on my reservation was bill but my legal name was William caused some issues they were not going to let me check in unless i xouls change the name on my reservation i managed to figure out how to do it but was a major inconvenienceand right of rhe start i was alrady not happy with this place . Frustrating after a day of travel and heat. Not enough places to get food more options would be great there was a cafe to get coffee but you had to pay ??? Supposed to be all inclusive alcohol seems like after 8 pm you cannot get anymore alcohol to drink.

beautiful well kept easy access to beach

We paid for a room with patio and in front of pool. several times when we opened our sliding door to sit at our patio other guest were using our patio. the staff was kind enough to ask the people who didn’t have rooms with a patio to move but there were occasions where we had to ask people to move which was uncomfortable for us and them . i assume because there wasn’t a lot of poop further available people would use the patio’s. in the evening while trying to sleep a few times people would be sitting at our patio being very loud felt like they were sitting right in our room with us

This resort was good value for the money. There was a large variety of foods at the buffet and snack bars. I especially liked the coffee shop for the morning coffee and in the evening to relax and check your email or play cards. Staff was helpful and friendly.

There could have been some more chairs and/or loungers by the pools.

The pools are nice, staff is amazing! Never had to ask for a refill on my drink or food by the pool. Everyone was really nice from the front desk, to the pool staff. Had a really great time and got to enjoy a wonderful solo trip.

The facilities were a little outdated, the shower was really small if I were a little taller, my head would be hitting the ceiling and lastly the AC was going in and out and the Wi-Fi is a little slow. But most importantly, I wish they had more vegan or vegetarian options.

We've stayed in the timeshare in the past. I already knew that the hotel wasn't beachfront but we were quite happy with the location. All staff were excellent however I'd like to mention Melissa in the buffet as she was truly an outstanding employee. Also Julien at the beach pool. Always running and happy and accommodating. Such a hard worker. The cook who does the burgers and fries also wonderful.

The music at the beach pool was sometimes too loud especially first thing in the morning.

Beautiful landscaping and we loved the cool room. It was a spacious glass enclosed area with comfortable seating, WiFi, a cool temperature and garden on three sides. The coffee shop had great offerings. Ella met us as check in with a fantastic smile and a beautiful room. All staff was friendly and helpful.

The food was good but a little more variety would be good
