We very much enjoyed the pool, which was partially shaded from direct sunlight, and was cleaned every morning. There was a safe shallow wading pool that emptied into the larger pool creating a constant waterfall ambience. The apartment layout and floors were very easy to maintain. The grounds throughout the Zen Harmony compound were well-kept and very peaceful. The streets around Zen Harmony had many, many restaurants from up-scale to very small. The smallest restaurants were excellent, and offered a very wide variety of food from pastries to many varieties of Mexican and non-Mexican food. Several convenience stores and big-box stores (OXXO, Costco, Comer, Soriana) for food and other necessities are located within easy walking distance.

Oven (gas) didn’t work. Couldn’t lock deck door. Deck umbrella couldn’t be fully raised because of some broken connectors. AC unit in one bedroom gave EL OC error messages if set to 24 degrees or above.

The apartment was a nice size and the pool area was beautiful. The Versailles neighborhood is a great place to stay if you want something different from the touristy city center.

I wasn't sure about the security...the apartment doors weren't that strong and an upper window didn't lock. We kept our valuables in the safe they provided.

The apartments (2 bedrooms) were very clean, with excellent housekeeping staff that do a thorough job. All staff here are very friendly. Towels can be changed often if you'd like. The shower always has hot water with sufficient pressure. Stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and toaster were all in working order. The buildings have been upgraded to 5G with very good internet; TV offers programs & movies in both English & Spanish. The pool area is delightful, offering both sunny and shaded areas with plenty of loungers. The pool is heated, which is a bonus as many pools in the city are not heated. The security is visible 24 hours a day. We felt very safe and secure. The location is very good, with a 10 minute walk to bigger grocery stores, a 12 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to fruit and convenience items store, an Oxxo is one block away, downtown is a 30 minute walk or a 10 pesos bus ride, or a 100 pesos taxi ride. This location is in Versalles district, across the highway from the hotel district, and has numerous eateries and cafes in the area, so many that we've more+ to explore after one month's stay. Expect to walk on some cobblestone streets in the area, but that is authentically Mexico.

The parking lot could use a garbage pick up. We were short a few pieces of cutlery in the kitchen. Only one key is available per room.

I enjoyed the staff Mika and Horhay both responded quickly to any needs I had. Housekeepers too. Thks Jeanette. I was in Aries building suite 2. It had a plumeria tree and pool outside my window. If kids napping still quiet. Many families choose Zen Harmony. Huge Buddha statue too. I really appreciated the safety and especially how QUIET it is. This is rare in a busy area. I've stayed in the similar economy places in PV over 10 years where the party sounds went deep into the night. Right on - its quiet at Zen Harmony. If you have kids this is an important factor alone. It can ruin a trip. I appreciated how the staff monitored the pool hours. Pool is as large as pictures and very clean. Nice clean semi-heated pool. Plenty of lawn chairs and outside bathrooms pretty clean. Hot tub jets were not working until I left and not hot in Canadian terms but large clean nice view. Plenty of safe parking. Good taxi service but Uber way cheaper. I enjoyed being left alone free from housekeeping in and out but responded if I needed anything. I appreciated ease of checking in checking out. Be sure to have a printed receipt. Airport taxis couldn't find quickly so the map on booking helped. A well stocked green grocer is 2 blocks over. Caracol mall is close with everything and Isla a beautiful American style mall is so beautiful. Good variety of restaurants and cafes on every corner check out Francia Street. Walk in any direction find beautiful landscape or squaler. It's like living at home shopping. Be prepared to buy all your supplies. Has pots pans blender toaster coffee pot dishes but bring kitchen towels spices dish soap paper products (I'm a cook) be prepared to stock same as home. Ask about Tuesday water delivery (large jugs 45 pesos or so) take your own water bottle faucet (Amazon 20 bucks light small but must have on 19 L jugs. Must buy water wash veg in Microdyn food wash. Not optional. Mexicans do this. saves diarrhea. Boiling not enuf.

As solo senior female travel the dark uneven Havre street at night kept me from going out unless I took a taxi back. I couldn't risk tripping falling alone. After time I realized how safe it is just uneven and good sized unmarked sidewalk holes are risky. I felt incredibly safe in the facility. The Beach is a good walk and across a very busy main streets in PV. If you have kids or a senior just getting there on foot from Havre and back may be a challenge. Havre St. doesn't go through to main. Go to Niza or Francie (has lights) to access beach across 6 lane traffic u have to hustle. Silly but the roasted chickens at Caracol mall made cooking quick meals easy and came with salsa. Thanks Mika and Horhay and staff.

Great suite, nice location the road outside is a rough one. Very lacking in kitchen equipment we asked manager for larger pots and pans which we did receive day 3. We like cooking. We only had 2 knives and 2 forks nothing else the dishes were nice. No extras but is a nice big suite .Bed Farley comfortable pillows a bit hard. We liked the pool and grounds. Bring tea towels dish soap and extra toilet paper we got 1 roll. I would go back.

Lack of kitchen supplies . No elevator( it didn't bother us though) we were on 3rd floor

We had a great, two bedroom suite. There was a full kitchen and a large, balcony overlooking the pool area. Staff were helpful when we needed anything,, evening calling a ride share for us. The kitchen had a stove with an oven and a microwave. The refrigerator was a good size for us. The livingroom furniture was not luxurious, but comfortable. There was even a desk for our computer.

There really was not anything we didn't like about the accommodation. There were occasionally noisy children in the pool, but no noise at night at all.. .

I really enjoyed this property. There were 10 of us in 4 rooms. The rooms are great with a full kitchen two double beds, balcony and a great pool. 5 to 10 min walk to restaurants, with 10 minutes to the main road. Very clean and great value. Bed's were comfortable.

The only key given to Access the property ( the property is fenced off) was the main gate to the carpark. There are at least 3 gates to enter the property but you were not allowed a key. No big deal just a bit weird and the main door to the property is not manned hardly at all, so you have to ring or Whatsapp to get a person to come which takes about 5 to 10 mins. No deal breaker more for info.

Location, staff attention, peace and quiet, proximity to shops, banks and services, urban connectivity. There are many nearby options for eating, Mexican or international food. There are even spas and hospitals nearby!

Some particular aspects within the departments that must be addressed, more specifically the kitchenware. Although it is not their responsibility, the street is cobbled; it is not very pleasant to walk on them, and even worse if it rains!

Nice clean pool area, covered area with lounge, lots of sun beds, and bathrooms. Quite part of city, didn't hear any traffic or people. Good little places to eat nearby. Close enough to beach. Easy direct walk for 40 minutes to an hour along shoreline all the way to get to center of town. Apartment was clean and beds comfortable. My airconditioning worked and we had hot water.

No kitchen supplies like cloth, towel and soap. Like really! People don't want to have to purchase all those things. Old pots and pans worn out. Get some new ones. It's definitely a bit outdated but they are in the process of fixing the place up. Currently the price is right and well worth the discount for the small annoyances.

This is a decent size super functional and well equipped two bedroom apartment. There were some bits missing from the kitchen but provided upon request. Comms with Jorge great too. Uber fine and local buses to Centro every 2 mins from the main road for only MX$10. Big Soriana 10 mins walk. The apartment is dated and it could do with a little renovation though, but this drawback is for sure reflected in price being lower compared to similar accommodation. We asked for a clean bed sheet to cover the living room sofa and this was provided too.
