I liked the service and all inclusive drinks and food. Right on the beach was #1 reason I booked this hotel and had a pool.

Rooms. Filthy. Asked for iciest view got 2nd floor facing trash area and back alley. Noisy and ugly view. Had no elevator and I’m disabled so was quite difficult to get up and down stone stairs. Mattresses old and hard. Cheap rough sheets. Pillows stiff and old with dust mites and I broke out with asthma attack every time I laid down on bed, coughing and nose plugged from nasty old mattress and pillows. Bathroom TP was like sand paper. SINK, shower , tables never cleaned. Floors filthy as were windows. Food was mostly pork and beef…I don’t eat either and shrimp microscopic. Nearly zero Mexican food, no chili rellanos, no tamale’s, no burritos, no seafood fajitas, no chicken fajitas. They had a good salad bar and desserts. Coffee great.

Spacious ocean view rooms with large balcony.

Hot tub was not hot but lukewarm. Also, access to beach front is cut off when sun sets.

Small resort at the start of where Las Glorias beach becomes decent. Decent food. We were looking for an affordable AI in the hotel zone - this place meets the test.

Staff was mostly indifferent - something I’ve never seen at a resort in Mexico. Tipping didn’t improve service at all. Cumbersome cheque issuing process at the restaurant where you have to sign (even as part of the AI program). Almost no drink service around the pool & beach. Towels were threadbare & hard to come by in the room.

Smaller, more intimate, feels more old world Mexican. Pool staff are lots of fun. Access to food and drink easily. On the beach. The first aid man who dealt with the swarm of bees that was around me and my lounge chair handled it well., picking it up with another man and putting it to the side. Nice having entertainment every night.

I thought the reception staff could have been more friendly, more smiles. I think the space where they put the beds to rent was better when it was little tables and chairs.

The pool area was wonderful! I loved that you could swim right up to the beach. We watched some amazing sunsets. Lots of fun activities to be had (yoga, volleyball, black jack tournaments). They also have a really nice gym. The snacks they offered between breakfast and dinner always hit the spot. Great ceviche, fries and pizza. Most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to switch to a more comfortable room with a view - no extra fee. Good for families and retirees!

Although most of the meals we had were enjoyable, the food on the buffets gets a bit old after a week. I suggest making a reservation for the restaurant on the night the buffet serves Chinese food. It was okay, but I'm sure the restaurant offerings were better. The night they do their outdoor buffet, get there ASAP or you may wait to sit. Know that you must tip in cash unless you give the front desk a card to charge to. I believe they put a $5000 peso hold on your card for incidentals and tips. If you want to get a lounge chair by the pool you'll have to get up at 6am and put a towel down on them. We opted to find a nice shady spot on the lawn most days.

STaff was Great View from Balcony was awesome Skylounge was a bonus The entertainment staff was great The planned events were nice, but secluded The dine in resataurant for dinner was very very nice - michellan star The poolside cafe, and the bar and the oven was great - but there were timings where ther was nothing to eat and everything is closed - ex 11:30 - 1:00 - nothing, and 5:00 - 6:30 nothing to eat -- there should be some snacks provided. And nothing after midnight.

1. The Pergola restaurant could have been better - the food, and mainly the lounge was not properly air conditioned, so first day itself my daughter was bit by mosquitoes. It should have been in the open or properly air conditioned. 2. The game room closed at 10:00, and so basically nothing to do after 10:00. The ping pong table or pool could be outdoors so folks can use during the day or else it should be open atleast until midnight or 1:00

Location is great with a nice beach out front. Had a walk in shower and nice balcony that was pretty much ocean front.

The showers did not have hot water the first fres days, but must have been a mechanical issue going on for the hotel. The elevator was not working the last couple of days. The food was great with a good mix and variety of different options. Pillows could have been a bit better.

Location, beach, Sky lounge, breakfast buffet, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Pizza was delicious and we preferes it than the lunch buffet.

lunch and dinner food needs improvement on selection and variety. lounge chairs and tables needs to be cleaned daily.

Nice staff. They upgraded us for a small fee after we were initially put in a room with a view of a construction site. Booking.com shows full ocean view in the pics of the suites. Deceiving.

Very loud music at pool are until 10pm. No problem if a well attended show, but no one out there several nights.

Staff was great, Pepe our server at the beach was awesome! Love that guy, always quick with drinks and food, great advice for town adventures, got tattoos at his local guy. Everyone in town was super nice, amazing street food!

Not a lot of food options, same stuff pretty much every day
