Ixaya was great. The staff was very welcoming, and it felt very secure. The pool area and terrace were lovely-- tons of places to sit in the sun or shade. I didn't swim but the pool looked inviting! The location was really convenient-- an easy 20-minute walk into 5 de Diciembre or Versalles! The internet worked really well, which was essential because I had to take a few video calls while I was there. I loved going to Cafe Por Favor down the street for breakfast each morning.

My room didn't have a window, so it was humid and there was no natural light. There was no hot water while I was there; it would have been nice, but ultimately, it wasn't a big deal for me and isn't abnormal in Vallarta. The hotel is situated between a few main streets, so there's a lot of traffic noise-- bring earplugs!

Amazing room. The young guy was amazing. Everything was exceptional except for the mask use. However, the mask thing probably is not their fault. The NWO must keep the Covid lie going, as the war in Ukraine fails.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were able to change room on request. Big bathroom with room to move around. Provided two bottles of water a day no Charge. Pool area was relaxing and a full fridge is shared among guests.

The bed is very hard. My first room did not have a window, but they moved me to a balcony room after the first night. The balcony rooms are loud from the busy street but I didn't mind because I had fresh air.

I liked the shared terrace area as well as access to a shared fridge and microwave. Walk to the beach was short, I didn’t time it but maybe 10-15 min. Staff here are fantastic. Good wifi.

Very beautiful area, many plants, interesting design. There is a swimming pool, a kitchen, and plenty of space to relax. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable bed, sofa, shower with hot water. Helpful staff, possibility of early check-in.

The bed is a little bit small. If you are couple, avoid choosing the standard room.

It was a great little hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, particularly the night security guards. It was close to several coffee places and nicely located equal distance from downtown and the marina.

There is some street noise but not bad if you are from a city and they give you earplugs!

The location was walking distance to all of the restaurants I wanted to try, to the beach and to the popular Boardwalk. The staff was also very inviting and kind and made me feel at home
