The spacious lobby connected with the amazing pool was excellent! Concerning the location, it was not that close to the center but the bus stops to both directions (center, Malecón//aeropuerto, Sayulita) are just next the hotel. I’m not saying that it’s not walkable though. We walked several times from the center ti the hotel and it was fine! The location is moreover surrounded by several taquerias ;)) The nearest beach is just 5 min walk from the hotel. Finally, I must mention very kind receptionist Diego who was very gentle since the check-in and helped us with everything we wanted!

The wifi connection was worse in the room. However, it worked fine down in the lobby.

Location is perfect in Versalles close to the beach and all amenities. The staff are really helpful and pleasant. Comfortable beds and a lovely view of the pool. Excellent value for money

There was some constriction work going on and the elevator was out of use. Toilet could have been a bit cleaner but I always carry my baby wipes anyway. Nothing major and I would definitely stay again.

The pool is so romantic in the evening and the location of the hotel is perfect. Not far away from the beach and restaurants

I was stay solo, and because I do not want to live in the room that connected to another room by door (like family option), my room was with out windows outside. All my windows was with e view for the hall of the hotel, which was very strange because everyone could just look at me going through the hall

Was presently suprised! After the reviews I was a little nervous. I stayed 4 nights with my husband and two kids (age 3 and 9 months). The rooms were big and clean, wifi worked our entire stay, beds were a tiny bit hard for me but my husband said he liked them 🤣 the noise wasn't even noticable with my daughters sound machine. Without one I think you maybe could hear some street noise. Pool and location were wonderful-next door is a restaurant that has about 100 fun board games to play with which was awesome for my 3 years old and kept him busy while we ate ( they also had games for older kids too) would definitely stay again!

Beds a little hard

Clean, local to everything, best bang for your buck. The decor was nice, and was in a good spot with lots of action. The pool was beautiful especially in the evening and the entry way of the hotel felt grand. The room was spacious.

Bathroom could use a bit of an update. The shower water wasn't getting as warm as we'd liked.

The location, price and staff were all phenomenal! I brought my dog with me and they all loved her. Very very dog friendly hotel!

I thought with the two bedroom it would have a bit more of a kitchen set up. the microwave, sink and fridge were nice, but for a longer stay I like to cook some so I’m not eating out a lot. The wifi wasn’t great where my room was, and working while I’m traveling I need really good wifi. they did try to help by giving me an extended but it didn’t work. I found a coworking space close by though so it was fine. Also a minor thing, but for my stay the elevators were out of service. I was on the 3rd floor, so it was a bit of a pain (especially with a pet). But I know that’s not their fault and they were doing their best to get them fixed.

The location was perfect for us. Near friends. Although we had a room facing 200, it was not noisy. Rooms were large and beds comfortable.

The breakfast wasn’t very good. Should offer toast. The pancakes were packaged, burnt and cold. Had to send them back. I think the butter was margarine …. Yuck! Layla butter is the way to go.

location was perfect, close to everything. the room and staff were great. wonderful balcony. and the price was awesome. hot water. Uber comfortable beds.

well at first I thought the front reception guy was a bit stand offish but after some reflection it occurred to me that he did answer all my questions and was very professional. Not rude just not as friendly as I have been used to. and for the price I paid…honestly I didn’t pay for a new best friend 😏. very efficient and good service.

Awesome location. Convenient access to the beach and local food places. Evening taco place around the corner is a must to visit! Great value for the money

Unfortunately at the time of my stay, they had trouble with water access. So, I personally experienced times when either cold or hot water wasn't available. The whole complex is going through renovations, so I believe some rooms aren't in the best shape but should be all renovated sometime in the future.
