Except for front desk, everyone was really friendly and very helpful. Excellent quality of food.Hard tennis courts are fine, clay courts under repair and not useable. Easy to get a booking.Leonardo in the pro shop very helpful. Good location. We are vegetarians... they prepared dishes for us not on the menu, thanks to one of the jefes, whose name starts with "S", but I can't remember.

Terrible bathroom, less than one star. Make sure you get a room in the newer part of the hotel...one part of the hotel is maybe 4 star, rest is one star. Very strict rule for checking out by11.00...not even a grace period of 30 minutes.

Everything was great

The section we reserved was closed so everyone used the main pool and many adults do not control their children. 2 separate incidents I was jumped on in the pool.

Good Mexican selection. Location good. Lines generally slow. Buffet has real slow access to either fruit/salad bar. One person only and difficult to reach items. Wait staff tremendous. Miguel, Chouy, Adam, Jose and Ricardo excellent, smiling and friendly. Felt like you made new friends. Enjoyed the speciality restaurants.. line-up for reservations usually very long. Mexican restaurant staff excellent. Again friendly, smiling and enjoying serving you. Maitre-de at Mexican restaurant very good, as well as Oscar, and the rest of the team. Housekeeping in room very good. Kept us supplied with face clothes sometimes difficult in Mexico. Pool water was warm butnot too hot. Comfortable and refreshing.

Shower in our room leaked on the floor and sprayed on the wall. A/C did not want to change settings. Main buffet salad, or dessert bars can only be accessed by one person at a time, and some dishes are very hard to reach and major slowdown in flow. We did request a king Bed in reservation which was an option to select. Room only had 2 doubles. Took 3 days to change to a room with a king. We made our reservation for 4 weeks at least 4 months in advance.

The staff was great room are clean for an older hotel es good it's not to bad get get packed but staff in check in is really quick price is good not going to lie but it's an older hotel

This may be ok, maybe not the food is not espectacular taste of the food is simple I get it it's a buffet but no flavor on some food if I paid a hotel for a all exclusive I should get good food I love food but from a 0 -10 I'll give them a 4.5 honestly... the beach it's to small and it's the only one like that hotel neighbor had it better it's not a bad experience only not so good is the food maybe some remodeling would help also but it's not that bad...

Location of the resort was great! Very close to the city center, resort was right on the beach! Facilities were clean and up kept. Staff everywhere were very friendly and inviting.

Hotel has different buildings, and where you choose hotel room can be misleading if you don't know the resort layout. The hotel rooms labelled as "mountain" are not simply on the mountain side of the main resort building, they are a physically separate building across the street connected by a sky bridge. Rooms in "mountain side" are great, just a bit of a walk to the main lobby/resort pool.

I love the familiarity of the resort we’ve been there at least 4 times in the last 10 yrs. In between times we’ve tried larger resorts and they are not for me.

Checkin took 1 hr - which is rediculous because we had already partically checked in at 11 am when we arrived. We were then given a room that wasn’t ready so back down we went to agree to a 100 CND upgrade on our 2 day stay Check out took 1 hr due to the volume of people checking in and checking out at the same time my suggestion would be to split the check in and check out desks

Perfect place for family with kids and toddlers. It has 2 kids pool, one a big obscure, thus hardly anyone goes there and it fully empty most of the time. Lots of kids You get what u pay for and more. Excellent value for ur bucks. Service is awesome, food is decent. The rooms are good. Room service is really good with new towels everyday and general upkeep of your room

A few minor things. The bathroom has no hooks to hang clothes or towels

Family oriented place to stay. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Very very clean place to stay. Security around made you feel safe.

Later closing time for pool. 8pm is too early. Map of the hotel would be nice. Fitness centre could use an update with A/C, newer machines like a “real” cycling bike.

They had good taste fresh food and staff were amazing

There was lizard poop in my kid’s room and that was disgusting. My kids end-up sharing bed with my wife while i slept on the floor for my entire vacation though I booked deluxe rooms. When I ask hotel manager to change my room they offered me a small standard room. I decline because I didn’t book a small room which could not accommodate 4 people.

So many amenities for families! We had a great time! Pool for kids in the main pool area with bar and in a different area there is a kids water park that was so fun. The kids club employees were so wonderful! Lots of stuff to do.

The food was hit or miss. Breakfast was always great but there were some lunch and dinner items that I didn’t care for. I did have the best soup I’ve ever had one night! It was absolutely worth the money tho! So I’m not complaining just being honest.
